It's pretty decent, and I'll continue to use it. But I wish it had more affordable options for longer calls.

I use zoom for work and for hanging out with friends and family. It works fairly well most of the time, with minimal glitches.

I hate that for any meeting more than 40 minutes long I have to pay. I bought a Pro account because my friends and I love to talk a lot, but I wish it was free for like up to 4 unlimited-length calls a month.

Very happy to use Zoom and the yearly plans are really affordable. If you are looking for a platform that has it all this is it.

I do video training classes once a month and looked at every option available, and zoom really is the only one that allows you to do it all. From the recording and side by side recording, to sharing the screen while still being able to see the other people on the screen.

I really haven't been able to find a con when compared to other video conferencing programs.

Overall, this is the safest bet for anyone, especially educators, needing video conferencing features. While it may have some annoying features, it's what people use and know these days, and it's best to just stick with that usually.

Zoom provides a fantastic platform for educators and tutors, or any consultant or coach, to meet with students and clients. The Whiteboard feature is generally useful, and the privacy elements like blocking out background, screen recording opt-in or opt-out, waiting rooms for clients, and others are very useful. In general, it's just "the" software to use for teachers and educators, so kids are also very good with it at this point too.

That said, Zoom is not perfect, and clearly aimed more for business than education. Which is fine, but I do wish their education features were a little more educator-friendly. For example, the Whiteboard, while useful, makes it difficult to go back and forth between text, annotations, symbols, font colors, etc. There is a bit too much clicking involved.

I could not have imagined a more perfect solution to keep our recovery community together during these challenging times.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Healing House was forced to make major changes in how we do business. We provide supportive housing to nearly 200 men and women who are in recovery from substance use disorders.

With our large dining hall and meeting facilities shut down, we were forced to move most of our services on line in an effort to keep our community together and to provide support to those we serve. This was a real challenge with 17 separate facilities.

Fortunate, we were able to very quickly implement Zoom to facilitate
online meeting several time a week that united all of the houses, keeping that sense of being a part of a supportive community.

During this challenging time, Zoom allowed staff members to continue to collaborate to figure out how we could continue to meet the needs of those we serve.

As the year went on, Zoom implemented extra security measures the made many of the Chromebooks we'd been using obsolete.

To overcome this we purchased several laptops that are capable of using the application

It's like Snapchat and Duo/Messenger had a baby and it surpassed them both! If you are looking for functionality, secure connections, and a little bit of enhancement, then Zoom is definitely a must-have!

Simple and secure sign-in with options to save, record, and take notes of meetings. Ability to change your background, enhance your image and remove background noise.

No ID hint option in case ID is misplaced. The coolest features are separate and must be downloaded with premium access.

Overall Zoom is a great program in my opinion. Easy to use, picture is clear, and makes it easy to keep up with family across the country.

At first Zoom can be a little bit confusing. However, after the first time you use it, it is super easy. You do need a good internet connection to use it.

Love Zoom. When I want to listen but don't want to be visible I can turn off my camera and go on mute. Can't do that in a normal meeting. Sometimes I'm just there to listen in and chime in when needed. I also love that I can Zoom with coworkers to fix a problem or look at their screen with them. A life changing program.

You can connect with people from all over the world in a virtual meeting. Sharing the screen is the best part. Everyone is on the same page, you can watch videos, share pictures, and engage from anywhere there is an internet connection.

Zoom fatigue is real. The only reason it happens is because the product is so great people use it too much. Too many meetings will burn out anyone. Turn your camera off and mute yourself if you need a Zoom break. Can't do that in a normal meeting!

Overall I think Zoom has helped a lot of people in office work and staying connected with friends, especially for us in a business where people can be out on the road a lot but we have to have an important meeting so they can just talk on the road with hands free and not miss a thing.

This made working in an office environment very easy if someone was off work and we needed to schedule a team meeting, especially because of COVID this has made it almost seamless.

It can sometimes be tedious when invite links don't work correctly and you have to reset the meeting but that normally comes down to human error.

Overall, Zoom is an amazing platform to host meeting, webinars and online classes. There are numerous useful features that zoom provides also on the free version.

Zoom is super easy to setup meetings and set reoccurring one too. Sharing meeting information is simple.

When you have your video off it should be easier to set your away picture or easily change that setting.

1. There were some lags while screen sharing to large group of participants. Other than that everything worked great.

For our organization, we give a lot of online demonstrations. Zoom is a wonderful tool for that because not only can we screen share and talk with our perspective clients, but we can also give them controls, take controls from them, and even use a whiteboard to share notes. We have also made multiple recordings to send to them so they can share with the rest of their team. This has been a very powerful tool for us.

Zoom is ideal for medium to large organizations. The breakout room options are very useful when it comes to segregating a single meeting into multiple meetings. We create breakout rooms and transfer participants based on naming conventions. This approach is very useful. We've managed to optimize the use of licenses for multiple meetings. When it comes to security features, it's difficult to manage meeting security on breakout rooms, as the security setting for each breakout room is different. For example, if we apply security settings to the main room, it would be applicable to the main room only. For each breakout room, we have to manually go and apply security settings for chat, emojis, mic control, etc. or the default settings will be applied.

My whole organization uses Zoom. It have been very helpful in covid times. Everyone is working from their home, so we don't want to go to office.

Zoom is a software created for videoconferencing, which has remained as one of the best to meet remote sessions, but has now found a new boom in the market. Zoom has a regular technical support section, where employees receive clarifications on doubts about the use of the platform at least once a day, and that could improve compared to that offered by other services such as Gotomeeting, but this is compensated by the amount of information we get through the FAQ section of the software
Need to different app for messages is also resolved with in built chat option.
It is easy to install and if any problem arises we can help our customers while sitting in our home.
Overall it is very good designed app for daily connectivity.

We use Zoom on a regular basis. It’s so easy to use as we host meetings with our US team and our team in South America. I love that it’s a platform that can connect us both locally and around the world!

I have used Zoom for a very long time and I like its capabilities. In fact there is so much to love about this software. First, it is a very affordable tool. Secondly, the tool is easy to deploy and comes with a great user interface. This therefore means using the tool is easy and understanding the many features is seamless as well.
With Zoom, it is a light tool and therefore it never lags. It also very effective even when the network is not entirely strong. What's more is that the video and audio quality is amazing.
Updating and scaling the tool is easy and I like that even renewing the tool is easy.
Beside web conferencing, this tool also offers additional features and capabilities for. A better experience. Lastly, the tool integrates well with other Zoom products.

Having used Zoom for a very long time, I can barely complain. However, I have a few issues to raise. First, while it seems like an affordable tool, there are other effective tools that are far more affordable than Zoom. In addition, there are really no customization options when using this tool. But in general, it's good and it has worked.

Great using such a nice platform during this pandemic and beyond. One can be a premium account holder for the same when it comes to organizing large online community platform.

Easy dial and setup pad, Easy plug and play model for the non business use cases like education classes, yoga etc. Zoom parties or get together is an additional benefits of such a nice platform.

Email integration is not available for most enterprise users. Users need to pay for the plugin features. Looks a bit outdated UI/ux which one needs. Zoom fatigue is another con.

Overall me and and my team do not see our selves moving away from Zoom anytime soon and will be our preferred video conferencing app to use due to the great features and ease of use.

Zoom is one of those useful and essential programs that we must have in our portfolio of usable applications, it is a meeting software that gets us out of trouble in any inconvenience. The calendars of the recipients are easy to configure and we agree that it is the best program for basic meetings on the market, a point in its favor. We have achieved stability with Zoom with all our clients as it has allowed us to hold meetings every day with various departments without the need for a reasonable loss of time. We were able to set up a meeting request without any problems and we implemented a scheduling function to link you to Outlook simultaneously at the time of the first connection of the day.

One of the main features of Zoom is the ability to share screens with high quality recording function, this is one of the unique functions that only this software has. It also has excellent compatibility with Google calendar and Outlook platform, easily integrating the agenda to Zoom. It is also necessary to include the whiteboard function with annotation support which is amazing and easy to use.

Sometimes the audio quality is disastrous, they should update a feature to be able to remove background noise and only focus on the voice of the people sharing the video conference at the moment. We are limited to have an audience of less than 100 people when running videoconferences, this is another point that should be updated soon.

Zoom is a great resource for getting everyone together from anywhere in the world to discuss the groups needs and goals. It really helped us all stay on track, connected and on the same page while allowing us to social distance.

Zoom has been an amazing tool with the COVID pandemic. I was able to attend important meetings and work from home when necessary. Highly recommend for all your virtual meetings.

Only issue I have is the loss of the in person meeting feel.
