Overall me and and my team do not see our selves moving away from Zoom anytime soon and will be our preferred video conferencing app to use due to the great features and ease of use.

Has been a great meeting solution for me and my team. The screen sharing capability is very easy to use and helps out each of our team members get their points across.

Really no cons other than the free plan not being that great compared to competitors.

Zoom is one of those useful and essential programs that we must have in our portfolio of usable applications, it is a meeting software that gets us out of trouble in any inconvenience. The calendars of the recipients are easy to configure and we agree that it is the best program for basic meetings on the market, a point in its favor. We have achieved stability with Zoom with all our clients as it has allowed us to hold meetings every day with various departments without the need for a reasonable loss of time. We were able to set up a meeting request without any problems and we implemented a scheduling function to link you to Outlook simultaneously at the time of the first connection of the day.

One of the main features of Zoom is the ability to share screens with high quality recording function, this is one of the unique functions that only this software has. It also has excellent compatibility with Google calendar and Outlook platform, easily integrating the agenda to Zoom. It is also necessary to include the whiteboard function with annotation support which is amazing and easy to use.

Sometimes the audio quality is disastrous, they should update a feature to be able to remove background noise and only focus on the voice of the people sharing the video conference at the moment. We are limited to have an audience of less than 100 people when running videoconferences, this is another point that should be updated soon.

Zoom is a great resource for getting everyone together from anywhere in the world to discuss the groups needs and goals. It really helped us all stay on track, connected and on the same page while allowing us to social distance.

Zoom has been an amazing tool with the COVID pandemic. I was able to attend important meetings and work from home when necessary. Highly recommend for all your virtual meetings.

Only issue I have is the loss of the in person meeting feel.

We use Zoom all day, but we also use Teams, WebEx and google hangout as well. However we prefer zoom 9/10 times unless our externals are not allowed due to enterprise security reasons.

- Can't access chats after easily to get the content
- A participants list sent after would be helpful
- Waiting room + participants joining should be more apparent.

Zoom has been a very necessary tool for my work and business life since I can stay connected with my work team or my family regardless of location and how fast your internet speed is. Zoom is very necessary since because of the quarantine we cannot hold meetings within my company, with this platform I can keep my work activities up to date without having contact with another person. Zoom also allows me to connect with my clients who live abroad, as I do not need to take business trips to do business.

I like that you can share the link of the video conference by email or any means of communication via the internet without the need for the other person to have the application installed. The video quality is very clear, other software have connection problems regardless of the internet speed that is available. The communication with respect to the audio is never cut off, if the video fails the audio continues to be heard (obviously lowering the audio quality). I can enter a video conference without having a Zoom account, I just have to have the meeting link and enter the name before starting.

The desktop sharing interface is a bit outdated, it is incomplete in terms of functions, they should improve the user experience. The mobile interface is uncomfortable when all participants have the cameras turned on, and the more people have their cameras turned on, them more resources it consumes. I do not have another problem that hinders the use of Zoom in my day to day.

Didn't face any setup issue very good and doesn't take huge resources to run. This is the best for online meetings.

Very easy to setup and run. Quality of the video is really good. I like the recording feature so we don't lose the meeting recordings.

Time of the meeting can be increased 40min is not enough for some meetings.

I would recommend Zoom to any teams that need to stay in contact but are limited in their ability to meet in person for every meeting. Plus, it adds more accountability than a video-less phone call.

Zoom has been a total lifesaver during the pandemic. My team has been able to stay in contact virtually and realized that there's a lot that can be done from home instead of meeting up thanks to Zoom.

I understand businesses need to make money, but calls for free accounts are too short.

Zoom makes client meetings and team meetings a breeze. We use zoom widely for conducting inductions and training sessions as well.

When there are more than few people on a group call, it gets very messy and its hard to find people.

Really not too much. I do wish the free version allowed you longer than 55 minutes for a free meeting but hey, beggars can't be choosers.

I think that Zoom is a great program and I prefer it to Skype/Microsoft Teams for video conferencing.

Introducing people to zoom when they've never used video chat software before, it is not the easiest to get around and learn all the settings.

Zoom has been the go-to conference platform at a number of companies that I've been a part of. It's simple to get set-up, and I don't have any issues with it. I haven't ever had to look at the design or contact support (that's probably a good sign) so there's not much I can say there.

I don't have any cons that I could think of. On occasion there are connectivity issues like anything else, so no major complaints.

Nice product with ambient video quality and most importantly the feature of breakout room makes it more innovative.

It was an okay system even with its flaws. I would recommend this system though since its free and works well.

I liked that I could meet people through online that I couldn't in person, like in school, when the pandemic started.

What I didn't like about it was, it lags when playing videos and had lag audio.
