Bigly SalesBigly Sales is a managed AI voice agent platform for revenue teams that need high-volume calling without hiring and supervising more agents. AI agents place outbound calls, answer inbound calls, qualify leads, book meetings and warm-transfer ready buyers to a live agent, and the results sync to your CRM. What makes it different is how much is done for you. Bigly writes call scripts with Claude, ChatGPT and other leading LLMs, A/B tests versions on live calls, and keeps the version that books the most. It provisions and registers numbers, runs more than 200 whitelisted local-presence lines, monitors spam labels, and screens every call against consent records, DNC and suppression lists, known TCPA litigants, and state and federal calling rules before dialing. Managers get a dashboard built around business outcomes: success rate per lead, cost per transfer, cost per human contact, a stage-by-stage funnel from dial to completed transfer, transfer-failure reasons, lead-source rankings by success rate and cost, and hour-by-hour performance. The Bigly Sales MCP server connects the account to Claude and ChatGPT, so a manager can add leads to a running campaign, check minutes, read call summaries or ask who wants a demo in plain language. Customers use Bigly Sales to reactivate aged lead files, follow up on new leads in seconds, set appointments and handle inbound overflow across insurance, lending, home services, legal, automotive and fundraising. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Close, Follow Up Boss and Keap, and larger plans add a dedicated account manager who tunes each campaign. Plans start at $99 a month, and every customer begins with a free 30-minute AI calling setup ($3,000 value) built live with the Bigly team.

NumaNuma is the AI Customer Operations System purpose-built for dealerships that are losing revenue and customers to broken processes they've been patching for years. Every day, service calls go unanswered, advisors are buried fielding "where's my car?" instead of selling work, and managers don't hear about unhappy customers until the bad review is already live. Numa solves this at the infrastructure level, automatically following up with customers and giving advisors, reps, and managers real-time visibility into customer satisfaction across the entire operation. Operator answers and routes every inbound call so no opportunity goes dark. Status Updates proactively contacts customers so advisors aren't drowning in callbacks. Voice AI books appointments on the spot so customers never sit waiting. LiveCSI surfaces heat cases in real time so managers can step in before a CSI score takes the hit. Opportunities reaches out on declined services, open recalls, and equity moments, recovering revenue that would otherwise sit untouched. All of it runs through one unified system: one inbox, one shared context, nothing falling through the cracks. The result: revenue recovered, advisors freed up, and a customer experience that lifts CSI and builds lasting loyalty.

What is HaloDesk?
HaloDesk operates as an AI-powered receptionist tailored for dental offices and medical spas in Manhattan and Brooklyn. During weekends and after hours, calls are forwarded to HaloDesk, which welcomes callers with the specific practice's name and provides them with pre-approved details such as business hours and address. It also takes note of appointment requests and prioritizes urgent matters, but it doesn't directly schedule appointments or give clinical advice; instead, the staff at the practice will review and confirm all incoming requests. Each day at 7:00 AM, a detailed summary email of the previous day's calls is dispatched. The entire setup is managed remotely through an initial kickoff meeting, which means there is no need for on-site software installations, and communication is primarily in English; however, Spanish-speaking clients can request a callback from personnel at the practice. Additionally, services specifically designed for medical spas are available upon request, providing a well-rounded support system for all clients. This approach ensures efficient communication and a high level of service tailored to the needs of each practice.
What is CallBack HVAC?
CallBack HVAC gives small HVAC companies a way to see and act on certain unanswered calls. It is a cloud dashboard for missed-call follow-up, not an answering service or field-service management system. When the company has a compatible phone route and approved provider sender, callers who reach a supported missed-call outcome can choose to receive a single text by pressing 1. The owner sees the resulting lead and any reply, then handles callbacks, scheduling and job outcomes. An unanswered call by itself does not guarantee a text; voicemail and caller choice affect the flow.
The $149/month core software plan includes lead records, urgency notes, open/after-hours templates, follow-up status, and CSV export. It supports one owner reply for each inbound customer message. Team dispatch, invoicing, bulk marketing, native CRM sync, and automatic appointment booking are outside the core plan. AI CSR is a separate, reviewed pilot and is not activated automatically.
The software trial is 14 days with no card required and starts once the email address is confirmed. Carrier registration and phone setup can consume that period. Buyers need their own provider account, approved texting number, compatible routing, consent, and a successful live test before customer use. Provider number, registration, calling, texting, and carrier fees are additional even during the software trial. Twilio is the standard setup; Telnyx or Plivo availability should be confirmed with CallBack HVAC before choosing either.
