What is SkypeTime?

The SkypeTime platform serves as an online tool that integrates various services designed to collect and analyze user data linked to corporate systems like Skype for Business, Exchange, SharePoint, and RDG. By leveraging information derived from server log files, SkypeTime produces reports that highlight user presence at work, activities involving external connections, and assesses these against scheduled work hours to pinpoint any inconsistencies in workplace behavior or potential threats to corporate network security. The main feature of the platform captures presence updates from Skype for Business through server logs, while also pulling data regarding access to internal corporate resources from external networks via IIS and ARR server log files, along with records from the RDG event log. Furthermore, it systematically monitors employee attendance, documenting the commencement and conclusion of workdays, breaks, instances of lateness or overtime, and also tracks periods of vacation, compensatory time off, business travel, sick leave, and remote work setups. This thorough oversight not only promotes adherence to labor laws but also reinforces security measures within the organization, fostering a reliable and efficient workplace environment.
