What is Joy Fax Server?

Joy Fax Server allows users to efficiently send and receive faxes via a public phone line within a networked environment. This intuitive fax software streamlines group faxing and manages contact lists effectively. Incoming faxes can be automatically printed or redirected to the user's email inbox upon arrival. Users submit outgoing faxes through the Joyfax Client, which is compatible with workstations and terminal server clients such as Citrix. The networked clients receive instant notifications about incoming faxes and updates on the status of their outgoing submissions. Key features include the capability to send faxes to email addresses, automatic fax routing, and faxing over IP (FoIP), which can significantly lower call costs by as much as 90%.
