I'm greatly satisfied with the Clockify time tracker! It's very user-friendly and accurate. Fast and time is easily adjustable and manageable.

This has been very helpful to me in tracking our daily time work and it's very accurate. Time is adjustable whenever there's a failure to track employee's time record.

The rate per hour adjustment is not easy to modify.

Everything is good overall.

Runs smooth, able to add many labels, and personal reports each timing.

I think this is a great program no cons!

Coming from its competitor Toggl, I found more comfortable and safe with Clockify! Especially the support is much much more reliable and closer to the customers.

Very powerful, versatile and full of features especially the billable projects that can be prepared and used at a glance with the favorites.

Some important features such as bulk edit not included in free plan.

Overall this is great. Plus you literally can't beat that it is free to use. I love this and would highly recommend.

I love this. It's easy to use, free, and works great. My whole team is remote, so I depend on this for accuracy.

There is nothing about this software that I don't like.

Great tool whether you need billing info for just documentation of all your hard work. The ability to use it as a punch clock or manual entry is the best thing overall.

Easily keep track of all your time on projects and clients, an excellent tool to battle managers that manage by emotion by having data at hand.

This is one product I can't think of any cons for other than they have to wanna charge for it eventually maybe? I hope not.

Our entire team uses Clockify to track time. Budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation amongst our projects is a breeze. Our contractors are encouraged to use Clockify for time tracking and invoicing and that couldn't be done without a straightforward, well-engineered tool enabling our employees to do such.

I used another software to calculate time before but really I like this more, I used it daily and I'm happy with that.

I work as a freelancer for a company, The best thing is that I can know how much I work today and in which task.

I will like to have an estimate for the total work hours in this month in the time tracker page.

I am happy my employer makes me use this app to track the activity. It's simple to use, and I cannot complain!

It's easy to see how much you have worked for individual projects. Current session tme appears on the tab, so you can check in real time how long your input is going to be.
The app sends you weekly reports via email for easy review.

Setup was a bit complicated, if I remember correctly. However, once set up, it's easy to use.

Great and will continue to use this everyday. I also like that I can review the times and the hours I have spent the most time on a project.

I like that I can time how long I am on a project for and I can also label them for different projects which is useful.

Nothing bad to say about it to be honest. It's a useful thing to have.

Overall it's the best app for tracking time we spent on different tasks and projects. Thanks for creating it and please keep it up!

Easy to use, awesome reports, mobile apps available for both iOS and Android. Being able to create different projects, different tags, making it billable and not, also it's really awesome to be able to put the different hourly rate for different projects.

The only disadvantage for me is not having rounding functionality for free users. Teams are already paying for more features, but to be honest I'm the only one in our company using Clockify and the other users are usually using excel sheets even if I told them about Clockify... I remember first time I sent my invoice generated by Clockify to my company, they was a bit disappointed about the money they need to pay. In the report it was $7890.83 and they asked me wtf is .83 and I told them it required me premium to do the rounding and that''s the reason. So it may cause inconvenience between people sometimes.

I have used several different websites and apps over the years, this one is by far my favorite, easy to use, and compatible with all of my devices allowing me to track my time anywhere.

I really like the ability to be able to add projects and tags to each of my tracking items. It allows me to be able to more easily quantify the amount of time that I spending on work for each department as well as each type of task. I like the time tracking functions that allow me to manually enter my time or alternatively start the clock.

I have not yet figured out if there is a way that I can run an overall report and base it on a time range to determine the total amount of time that I have spent on a project or within a category. It would be helpful to turn off the $ button when it will never be applicable to the work that I do. It would also be helpful if I could find a way to run a search for a category/topic.

Overall experience is really wonderful, I have been using it for a really long time now, and I regret the days I don't use it as these are the ones I waste on doing stupid things.

Clockify is an amazing tool that I use for my daily life time tracking. It's pros are:

Free.
You can have any number of projects/workspaces/tasks, etc.
It does not really have a limit and you can save so many entries, so you don't fear for exhausting any kind of limited criterion.

Its UI can be changed a little bit and can be made more modern as it looks a little old right now. Some more design changes that introduces new features would be very welcome.

Easy to use, Good features, the panel is gorgeous, you can find everything in there. Dashboard and reports are very good.

Visually impaired, accessibility should be more good. Everyone can use it but for some people be hard.

I've used it for my job for about a year now. I like it much better than the alternatives, so I would stick with it.

Clockify is really simple, syncs up on all devices. Also lets me see how my coworkers are doing, and compare our hours.

Can be a little hard if you want to go back and clock exact hours you worked one week, but not super bad.

I tried plenty of time trackers and Clockify fits perfectly my team's needs. Having all-in-one app that is taking care of T&A, HR and Accountancy is an absolute must-have!

Clockify is not only time tracker. System allows to manage tasks, costs related to project and holidays. Extremely flexible in configuration. Of additional note is the customer service, which is super responsive to suggestions for changes and takes really little time to implement them in app.

Missing some automatization and reporting features; both reported and both are in Clockify's backlog, so fingers crossed will be implemented soon!

I really like Clockify. I used other apps and Toggl before and hands down Clockify is my favorite and I've even recommended this to some of my colleagues.

I really like the ease of use, that there is a Mobile App. Friendly user interface and it remembers repeated tasks.

I would like a bit more robust reporting, and it would be great if it reminded you to Clock in/out. However, other than that I don't have any cons.

Clockify happens to be exactly what I need it to be - simple time-tracking tool.
It takes just a few seconds to start/stop measurements, so I don't get annoyed of using it.

It has all the essential features I need, except for beyond-one-year reports, which require subscription, but starting at USD5/month it's far too expensive for "convenience" feature in private use.

I would welcome if the UI rendered in full size on half of FullHD screen, and if chart elements served as filters to list events.

It's always tricky to edit multi-day events.
No well-being features like evolution of daily average or YoY.
Clicking pie/bar charts doesn't list/filter events.
Reports limited to 1 year in Free accounts.

Highly recommend. LOADS of user customization and permissions. I'm always in awe with how NOT buggy it is. Clockify just works.

Intuitive - Wonderful value for what you get vs what is charged. Easy to use for our clients. Love the bulk edit features. Love the ability to lock entries. A ton more, really. It's the perfect product for us.

None - honestly! We've used this for years and have never had an issue.

Overall Clockify has been a huge help in not only tracking my hours, but boosting productivity. Separating items into groups has been helpful in revealing how much time is spent where.
