    When I started working for my present employer two years ago, I used EngageBay for the first time. Previously, I utilized HubSpot and Salesforce. I assumed that transferring to EngageBay would be complicated, but it was actually quite simple. The platform is extremely user-friendly, feature-rich, and intuitive. In my opinion, the most appealing aspect of EngageBay is its ease of use. You'll love EngageBay whether you're a seasoned user from another platform or a first-time user.     I've been with EngageBay for since 2021, using it for 2 of my businesses. I'm not a techie, so I appreciate the fact it's so intuitive and that the help desk is there, answering messages when I need them - not all CRMs provide support when you need it at weekends and evenings, EngageBay do. And they are reliable, nice, people to deal with. What's not to like?
