Their support team is helpful. Very quick, knowledgeable even at different times of the day. They also tell you the answers directly ( they do not referring you to different links as guides to read up ) so you can solve the issue at hand.

Love the simplicity of this app. Well thought out, the team at MailerLite have put much thought into what is truly essential for a mailing app at a great price point.

Was using Active Campaign and Mailchimp and Klaviyo- they feel clunky and are much pricier than what MailerLite offers, still permitting automation, and ease of use for non-coders and is very intuitive, fast and reliable.

I only wish there was a solution to link my students on Teachable through Zapier into MailerLite's Groups automatically - without much setup. But apart from that, I am really happy with the decision to move over!

I love how easy it is to understand and to use MailerLite. I have used other email marketing platforms and was so confused with what to do and what certain words meant. MailerLite makes it so easy to understand...with definitions right there explaining what they mean! I love it!

I spent seven years slogging away with the monkey email site and I am so glad I switched to MailerLite. I feel very comfortable with MailerLite. I can do all actions which I need in the best possible way, very easy and with a responsive answers from MailerLite stuff. They are kind and polite. I have a confidence in MailerLite and I am happy to be a part as customer. Also price is normal for a long term cooperation.

MailerLite is very transparent and easy and very kind for user. It has nothing too much and nothing too less. It works without any complications. Very kind team sharing answers to my questions at the very first beginning and they are responsive. It is easy to follow new subscribers and their clicks, much better than in Mailchimp. They don't have a list of emails and number of sent campaigns to each and numbers of opens and clicks. That really helps a lot in building a responsive and big e-mail list. It is easy to change from one list to another when needed, great. Deleted or unsubscribed e-mail can come back, perfect! And charged are only active e-mails, fair. And much more...

It is a little bit slow when opening a new page. Only a little bit, it is ok. I can never see a list of e-mails only from a main list, only together with all other lists. At some moments I would like to filter them our (all other lists) and go through e-mails only in main, basic list, to which all others are connected.

A very easy-to-use mailing application that allows you to completely build your own newsletter, using drag-and-drop functionality. There hasn't been any case of someone being unable to view your layouts and colors. Every client is able to see your templates. You can divide your subscribers list in groups and segments.

Our (custom made) CMS has its own email templates for order confirmations and account registry emails. It would be perfect if there was an easy way to copy your beautiful MailerLite email template to use in your own CMS, because in most cases you would like all your company emails to use the same template and match with the brand designs. For now you'd have to stick to any browsers developer tools (code inspector) to copy the email template from your browser. In most cases it's an absolute pain to get the template to show the same design elsewhere.

None very easy to use so no issues, I've had some bugs happen but live chat are very quick to figure out why (usually it's user error and its fixed in couple of minutes).

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this service and highly recommend ML to my friends and connections.

MailerLite is brimming with great features that I would have to pay extra for with my previous esp. The design is very intuitive and easy to use. If I do run into a problem, their support team is quick to respond. I often go to the MailerLite YouTube videos to learn more about features I may not be familiar with.

When I first started using the service, I was a bit overwhelmed by all the features and information. A graphic layout depicting how all the parts relate to each other would be helpful (I'm a visual learner!).

Overall I am very happy. I left Mailchimp because they decided that politics were more important than delivering a quality product. I chose MailerLite and have been delighted because - aside from the fact that they aren't woke - the product is actually better.

Really good drag & drop editing tool. Fairly straightforward automation. Integrations (both loose & tight) with tools like Zapier available. Pretty decent though not awesome reporting. All the basic email types you want - regular, split-test, segments, groups, autoresend.

I would like to have some tools to do aggregated analysis of groups of emails, campaigns, groups of campaigns. That'd be a nice improvement.

I am the web designer for a number of customers, with a strong background in mass mailing. I have worked with most of the email services out there, and MailerLite is by far the best of them all. Best because they all have similar features when it comes sending email, but MailerLite is the most fairly priced and has the best deliverability, from my experience. It also integrates with Elementor and most of the other site builders. I have been creating HTML email for 7 years, including building with Photoshop slices, and MailerLite is my choice.

Personalized support. I migrated a client's 2,000 strong mailing list to MailerLite and they reached out to me the same day to confirm where the list came from. With MailerLite the same mailing list had a significantly higher open rate for the same list as did our previous service. Also integrates with Elementor.

MailerLite provides an easy to use platform that creates beautiful, professional-looking emails. However, its less generous free trial means you'll be paying right away or looking for a different platform, which is an incredible hassle.

MailerLite is by far the easiest of the newsletter providers to use. You can set up automations, create landing pages, and sort your subscribers into groups fairly easily. It also makes really beautiful emails that look polished. I say this after having tried both Mailchimp and ConvertKit.

MailerLite's free trial is less generous than other providers. It only allows you 1000 unique subscribers. As an author using a giveaway for sign ups, a lot of the people who sign up to my list end up never opening another email. Yet that dead weight still counts at MailerLite, which means it'd difficult to get a decent newsletter started on their trial.

MailerLite is FANTASTIC, they have everything you need and they're perfect for bloggers. Would 100% recommend.

They offer everything I need and a ton more at a price I can afford. And when I get stuck, their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and quick. This is the best investment I've made in my business.

I love the option that it gives you to schedule the emailers to my customers, giving you the opportunity to set their preferred time as well. It's been a game-changer.

I love that MailerLite is super easy to use, and when I get stuck, they are so easy to reach and help me fix any problems I have. There are a ton of great features and automation is very easy.

Sometimes there are steps in automation that don't make sense to me, like adding extra time. But even then, support always helps me out!

I highly recommend MailerLite for any business. I've worked in other systems that are nowhere near as user friendly and do not deliver the pristine look that MailerLite does. The ability to run my web forms and pop ups from here is also a personal favorite. The automations are simple to establish, even for those who have never used an email list system before.

This system is super user friendly. It's easy to pick up, create, adjust, and explore. I appreciate the stats, too. Plus, the look of the emails are always stunning and make an impact in the inbox.

Nothing so far. Honestly, I'm a huge fan. I've been able to work within other systems for clients and it takes twice as long (if not more) to do anything.
