Cloud-based office suite
Date: Apr 05 2023SummaryMy general opinion of Microsoft 365 is that it is a powerful and versatile productivity platform that can benefit many users who need to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere. However, it may not be right or necessary for everyone, depending on your needs, preferences, and budget. Therefore, I would recommend comparing the features, benefits, and costs of the different Microsoft 365 plans before deciding whether or not to sign up.
PositiveIt allows users to access Office applications from any device and location with an Internet connection.
It provides seamless collaboration and communication between users through shared documents, online meetings, chat, and email.
It offers a variety of applications and features that can meet the different needs and preferences of users, such as data analysis, presentation design, document editing, etc.
Provides free updates to the latest versions of Office applications and new features as they are released.
It allows users to store and sync their files in the cloud with OneDrive, which also offers backup and recovery options.
It integrates well with other Microsoft products and services such as Windows, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.NegativeRequires a monthly or annual subscription fee, which may not be affordable or cost-effective for some users who only need basic or occasional use of Office applications.

Great Solution - Especially for Nonprofits
Date: Mar 19 2022SummaryOverall I’d recommend Microsoft 365 to any nonprofit looking for tools to grow their organization digitally.
PositiveI like the fact that the nonprofits I work with can access this service for free in many cases, which is great given their budgets.
NegativeThere are definitely some limitations on the free plans offered to nonprofits.

Microsoft 365 Package Review
Date: Jan 12 2022SummaryOverall great program/software to use in the office and onsite. Great support from online forum, lot of documentation on how to do things. Great online support from Microsoft staff as well.
PositiveThere are so many programs that we use daily on this such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. These programs are essential to our company and with these they are packed with features that can basically do anything that we needed it to do. We build spreadsheet to track from day to day stuff to long lead items.
NegativeVery expensive to keep it running and depending on how many you need in the office. It adds up very quickly.

It has what it takes to start running a small business.
Date: Dec 09 2022SummaryDespite the fact that there are several free alternatives to Microsoft 356, I consider that for a professional environment it is more complete since it has office automation solutions with current standards. I am aware that you have to evaluate the price before getting this platform in the paid version, however the solutions offered by this platform meet all the requirements. In addition, the vast majority of my work team is already used to all the packages that this platform offers and learning about a different platform would require time and it is not very useful to learn something to know if it will work or not having the solution already implemented. walk with MS 365.
I consider this platform a solid structure that allows the development of small businesses since it is very complete, everything can be done since it has several software that meets the characteristics that a small business and a large company need. On the other hand, I am working collaboratively with my work team by having several licenses within the same account, thus being able to have all the documents in the same place such as OneDrive without the need to resort to external cloud storage platforms.
With Microsoft 365 I have been able to boost my company by having a platform that keeps work organized from planning, documentation, communication, file storage in the cloud and much more. In addition to the integrations that this platform has, I have been able to solve spreadsheet export problems since with Excel I have been able to have maximum compatibility when reading different types of spreadsheets of different versions.Positive+ There are many office automation platforms today but those of Microsoft are more solid and more complete since it adapts to both the personal, business and student level. Added to this with Microsoft 365 I can have access to all its products even from the web browser, so in case I do not have the necessary compatibility of the latest version I can still have the web version of Office with very few limitations.
+ Although Microsoft 365 products are paid, there are also free versions. In the case of PC I can edit for a certain time until the end of the trial period, I can see more not edit. However, on its website it can be used for free with few limitations, it is enough to have an Outlook account to be able to enjoy the MS 365 tools. I do not recommend it but it can be useful to non-profit people who still do not they want to detach themselves from Office products.
+ It has Microsoft Teams in case your company requires it, for me it has been useful for effective communication within my company without having to resort to other means such as WhatsApp or Telegram since with Teams it is more focused on a more professional for collaboration and communication within a company, which can also be integrated with many applications that exist today.
+ I like that everything is automatically backed up to the cloud with OneDrive, so I don't have to worry about copying my document to multiple sites but every time I hit save (or auto save) to a PowerPoint presentation or spreadsheet everything you go straight to the cloud just by having your Outlook account logged in. So wherever I have OneDrive installed, it will be synchronized and I will have my files or documents available, likewise I will also have my files on other platforms, I will be able to have all my files in the same way.Negative- I liked it better when I could pay for a fixed payment on some version of Microsoft Office, but now everything is by subscription, thus having to seriously calculate the expenses and also ensure that Microsoft 365 products are used correctly within the company to be able to take advantage of it month by month.

- The application on mobile devices is quite limited, it practically looks like a simple text editor and not a complete professional office tool. I have tried the tablet versions and it is a bit more complete, similar to the web version. However, the version for smartphones takes away many functions which means that you only use the mobile version to view documents and not to make edits due to lack of functionality in relation to the desktop version.
- The interface in the desktop version is very overwhelming, I'm used to it but there are people who only require the simple. So a simplified version that contains the most common functions would not be bad so as not to get lost in so many tools.
- The autosave is not perfect, I have almost always been able to save a document when I have a power failure. But in some cases I have lost several lines even with the auto-saved edits that Microsoft has. So if I could the ability to save the document for every word I type that would be perfect.
- The editor marks an error in the middle of some words. No, it is not a problem of bad writing or a non-existent word, when I am writing in some Microsoft 365 software and the review is automatically executed, the editor simply says that "Door" is wrong in "oor" and suggests that I put " or” when I am clearly typing “Door”. It sounds a bit confusing, but that's the way the Microsoft 365 editor has been lately. -

Love Microsoft 365
Date: Feb 07 2022SummaryOverall, I'm very happy with Microsoft 365. Lots of valuable features, great additions & easy to use.
PositiveEasy to use, great features - lots to explore and figure out, but once you do, it's great! Love the insight tools, helps to keep me organized, and block off time to work on specific things. Teams is great at IM and staying connected to colleagues, love the evolving features in it, you can have your own backgrounds etc.
NegativeThere's nothing I haven't liked yet. You can have multiple excel spreadsheets open at the same time, on different screens! This is a big plus!

Excellent software for a plethora of uses
Date: Jul 28 2022SummaryVery reliable applications for all things needed for an office or personal computer. However, can tend to run quite expensive.
PositiveThe updated features in newer versions along with multiple new options to utilize in order to make transition from one application to another seamless.
NegativeCan take quite some time to load, even on newer computer models and as of late I’ve had issues with the applications completely stop responding for 5+ minutes. Therefore, hindering my productivity throughout the day.

Essential tool for every working professional
Date: Nov 09 2022SummaryOverall, Microsoft 365 is an essential and powerful combination of various Microsoft tools for working professionals. Using this service we get all Microsoft product licenses at one purchase instead of buying them separately.
PositiveMicrosoft 365 is cloud-based which makes it easy to access. It is bundled up with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive storage and various other Microsoft products. It requires only one purchase to get all licenses, unlike buying them separately.
NegativeIn the past, I faced a few bugs in the Excel tool, but today everything has been fixed.

Great for Non-Profits
Date: Jan 24 2022SummaryOverall Microsoft 365 is great for syncing data across multiple platforms like Android, Apple, and Windows. We use Microsoft 365 everyday.
PositiveI really like how easy it is to set up new users and get them started. The program offerings from Microsoft for non-profits is great! Microsoft has really helped us save money on operating expenses and the team integrations are great. We can collaborate with other team members very easily with teams.
NegativeThere really isn't much to say bad about the Microsoft offerings for Non-Profits other than I wish we had signed up sooner.

I can take my documents anywhere.
Updated: Sep 22 2022SummaryThis platform has given me the ability to have all of Microsoft's office automation packages in one place and at any time. I can use all the features of MS Office without even downloading the software to be able to edit or create a document. It has also helped me to be able to work collaboratively with other employees by being able to have a shared account. I have been able to improve my spelling in my company documents thanks to the spell checker that analyzes all the text and comes up with better writing ideas. I have been able to have all my documents safe and also that they are always saved when making changes, all this happens in real time and it is what gives me the most peace of mind.
Positive° I can automatically save all my documents created with a Microsoft 365 account without worrying about missing something. I have had problems before due to power failures, thus losing much of the content of the documents I had created, having to use strange methods to recover the damn file. Now I don't have that problem because practically every action I do within a document will be automatically saved instantly both on the computer and in the Microsoft cloud.
° It has a wide catalog of Microsoft platforms that can be useful to those who need it. I've typically used much of this to software that Microsoft 365 provides so I'm comfortable with this feature that you get when you purchase a subscription, although .E should let you choose what I want and what I don't.
° I have a large storage capacity, the space offered by the Microsoft 365 account is too large that there is even room to save more things in OneDrive in case I want to store other files for company or personal use. I like this too much because not only does it serve me to store documents but it goes beyond my possibilities when I want to store something very large.
° When with a very excellent spell checker in practically any language. I like it a lot because usually I tend to make one or another spelling mistake or I miss a semicolon and Microsoft 365 helps me with all those problems that make everything more understandable, orderly and with zero errors.
° I like that you can have access to all the functionalities in the mobile version by being able to contract a subscription. I like this when I need to quickly edit a document via my phone without having to resort to a laptop or writing computer.Negative° I don't like that it has become a subscription software. Before we only had the possibility of having a single payment with updates included and everything was much more stable and complete. Now everything is with micropayments or subscriptions that make the customer spend more than he owes by giving him a fixed income of a certain amount that is more expensive than having a single-price purchase.
° I would like there to be a big discount with the subscriptions that are purchased for years. This would increase customers' ability to continue purchasing the service and would not cost as much in the long run, without needing to hinder the return on investment of purchasing Microsoft 365 services.
° The online version is extremely incomplete, so you may have to download the desktop version to use certain functions than the online version or despite having already purchased a subscription. This is annoying because it should include everything in the desktop version to the online version to make life easier for the user without the need to download anything.
° Although you pay to have access to everything, it is a lie that the average user uses all the platforms that Microsoft 365 offers, I should be able to customize what I really want to only pay for what is fair and not have unused platforms and that I don't take advantage of all of them properly because there has been no need.
° Improve costs per additional user. It bothers me that if it is one user or 6 there is a specific amount, however when I want only two people there the accounts do not give. It would be better to buy for 6 people but I would have 4 of those positions there without using them. Thus losing money that should not be for not having the freedom to choose. -

Simple and Effective
Date: Nov 02 2022SummaryIt does what you need it to do, and, if you use the Microsoft Suite, helps with a seamless transition between products. If you are on the go and switch between computers, phones, etc., this product is great.
PositiveIt does exactly what you need it to do. It is easy to access your email and other Microsoft products from anywhere with 365. It allows for easy integration between products as well as for collaboration with other team members. It is easy to use, and also has a visually appealing user interface.
NegativeI wish that you could customize your home bar more than the website currently allows. Although minor, it would be nice to not have to click so many times for my most frequently used apps.

Same reliable product, but with annual costs
Date: Jun 05 2022SummaryIt's the same Microsoft suite everyone already knows and loves. There hasn't been a better product for the last... Ever? I probably haven't used all the features that make the 365 subscription model more valuable, so for now it seems like it just makes it more costly.
PositiveI liked being able to log in from several different computers with the same amount. Makes it handy to have it on several home computers, office computer, etc.
NegativeI miss the days of buying a product once and only paying for it once. The ongoing subscription model is kinda frustrating when you don't necessarily need to have the newest software upgrade.

Another brilliant Microsoft product
Date: May 26 2021SummaryOffice 365 is brilliant. It provides all the office capabilities online in a way that one could work completely online. With the additional tools available (either in the base subscription or through higher level subscription), it advances into a very capable collaboration platform. However, while everything is now online - it also creates a dependency, specially with outages that happen infrequently.
Positive-provides word, excel, powerpoint online with advanced capabilities
-provides a number of additional tools with it (forms, automate, etc.)
-proven to be stable, fast and reliable (even when having to reconnect)Negative-no effective pay-once option

PositiveThis product is essential in today's business market. It gives you access to all the Microsoft programs by logging into your account on any pc.

Great applications that meet business standards!
Date: Mar 08 2021SummaryI haven't had issues with Microsoft 365. The best advantage I have is that Microsoft 365 stretches out its permit to different gadgets, so I can work and adjust all between them. For instance, I have a MacBook Air and an iPhone. At the point when I work on my Mac I can undoubtedly enjoy a reprieve and afterward take a perspective on all I have done on the telephone. It's so agreeable and utilized cordial.
PositiveI like how Microsoft incorporates all the applications required for business and instruction in one spot in an uncommon way, so you don't get overpowered. You have Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Note thus many others that I'm certain you didn't know exist, however, they are helpful and fundamental to complete your work.
NegativeThe application for iPhone gadgets isn't on par with the web variant. They should update it so everybody can defeat those applications from Microsoft. The web rendition ought to be improved, as well. The primary thing you see on the principle page is a snappy perspective on the entirety of your documents however they are not coordinated so well.
