Overall its good to be a online platform. This reduces the pain of installing the software on a personal system and copying the files wherever needed. Microsoft 365 is one of the best Software as a Service.

Office 365:
It can be accessed from anywhere in the world for free.
It has almost all the features of the normal office suite.
No need to install the office suite on the local system.
It works just like the normal office suite.
Windows 10 enterprise: A perfect Operating System.

The only disadvantage I see is the absence of auto-complete options in Office 365.

I am using this since my childhood and whether I am in Windows PC or on my Mac I have this everywhere because I am so used to it and the services it provides.

Best User interface and user experience. Easy to use. Comes with various products that will help you in your daily life.

No cons. Best price for the product if you don't want to pay you can use the web version which also serves almost the same.

Overall, while I like using Microsoft's Tools, I much prefer Google Suite for my simple needs. Microsoft tries to monopolize everything. Unless you are in a huge company with lots of requirements for all the apps it provides, I would rather use some other Office Suites that gives me just the basics I need.

I love how it's moved to the cloud now, and the interface is intuitive. The sleek modern look is definitely inviting. It has all the necessary features one would look for in an office suite, and the extra apps you get with the subscription is something no other competitor has. For example, Access and OneNote are definitely a plus.

It's not worth the price for personal use. You can't work on your files offline, especially on your personal system, which is sad. There are many alternatives I love to use for free. Besides, the subscription gives you way too many apps that you might probably not use in your lifetime. Some, like SharePoint are also buggy.

Office 365 is in my daily life factually and addresses all of my company anxieties. If it's some client meetings, strong corporate potential, data entries through Microsoft Excel or bulk mails, Office 365 is still there for me. I use it with great ease.

My overall experience with Office 365 is quite amazing. It performs very well in all my work needs. Office 365 always gets the job done for me.

If you used the desktop version of the office then you realize that office 365 is quite similar to the desktop version. I really like that in Office 365, you can access data on multiple devices. It gives you quite good storage in OneDrive.

Sometimes it lags on receiving files from OneDrive. The subscription price is also a little bit high.

Plans are expensive overtime. Sometimes while working software automatically runs license check.

I frequently run into the same “license check” error as others have previously mentioned. It is a bit expensive for what it provides.

I was skeptical at first after working in IT for years and being familiar with the old Microsoft licensing system and deploying across enterprise but have since come around to the idea of Office 365 and the integrations they put into it so that everything works so well together makes it well worth it. Also the ability to install on your home computer with a work license just makes sense.

Integration of all parts of the suite is outstanding, from OneDrive and its auto saving feature on all MS Office suite products to Teams and its ability to tie directly into the apps you need to use the most. All around an excellent implementation of cloud licensing.

Perpetual licenses are great for a buy it and not worry about it ever again, until you want to upgrade... but I still like 1 time cost instead of recurring licensing.

Sometimes during updating of Microsoft website, system hangs a lot, however after update, it will work properly. OneDrive is required for upload the data on server.

Microsoft 365 is best in the market and oldest of the software, although it has changed its shape and features significantly with the time and every new version has added a value in its features which is a great thing with Microsoft products.

This software suite is a must for businesses. It comes with so many programs it is a no brainer. You get more than you bargained for.

The only thing I do not like is trying to switch between my accounts.

I can't recommend Office 365 enough. It is robust and user-friendly. If you don't know the answer, you can find the answer.

Word. PowerPoint. Excel. Outlook. If you know how to use these four programs, you can virtually do anything. I love how streamlined everything is. Microsoft does an excellent job of ensuring that no matter what program you are in, you will find the same categories across the top, in the same order. There really is no competition with these products. You could use other online programs, but they really just aren't as robust.

You could point out that Microsoft doesn't leave much room for customization of its products, but I don't necessarily think that is a bad thing. Overall, just great programs.

I've used it for years and I cannot find any alternative that is as great as 365 in terms of features and UI/UX.
