A huge step in the right direction for Microsoft. Great product with improved collaboration functionality

OneDrive with 365 finally allows for Microsoft products to be collaborative. No more having to save 50 different versions as you send it around to your team members who then make their own edits. It's especially helpful in the COVID era because sharing a screen on a large excel file just doesn't work. This lets everyone be in the file at the same time while one person drives and everyone's on the same page.

There still needs to be improvement in version histories, especially in a situation where you are recovering a file. It's not always clear what version you're in and what has changed . Google Collaboration still has the edge here.

Besides all the application of office, it also provide identity and access management. For safety, Threat protection is also provided in MS 365. information management, Security management and advance compliance is also most important aspect of MS Office 365.

It consists of all the MS office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Access. It also provides Email & calendar (Outlook). For meetings it provide Teams and even for social interaction it provide Yammer. File Content accessed by One drive and Sway. Tasks by Planner.

Microsoft ID has to create and official server is required. For syncing Google documents, sometimes trouble in syncing. G Drive not works properly.

Overall businesses with huge storage requirements for these files are going to benefit highly from the ease of use and increase in productivity that is going to results from not needing to backup or send around files again and again. For individuals, I don't see it as a major game-changer especially given the existence of G Suite.

- The simple fact that the entire MS office is not on the cloud makes it way easier to work with and not have to keep mailing documents around all the time.

Overall Microsoft 365 is one of those software, which are necessary to have with you despite which ever profession or trade you belongs, as it provides us all the basic and necessary applications we need in our daily life.

Microsoft 365 is the advanced shape of old Microsoft Office and serves the same purpose which Microsoft office has been since years but with more advanced and polished tools and now it supports cloud usage of office tools instead of just local installation on your machines.

Microsoft 365 has served the whole world since ages and did that in the best manner and there are no cons in it.

With Office 365 I can work online and distribute my notes to officials without the need for a desktop device. Best of all, it includes an OneDrive plan which allows you to manage your entire office online without even having to physically store your documents.

What I like the most is the ease of use of all their products and the number of options that all their products have, making them work much easier. Very easy to use interface for all the Microsoft applications.

What I liked the least is the Outlook email system. All the other products it offers are fine, but outlook leaves a lot to be desired. It does not look very clean and the organization of the folders did not convince me.

Microsoft 365 is a must have for any enterprise big or small. It has a range of excellent essential software which cover all your office needs. It's now available on cloud and is even better for collaboration & remote access.

I love the feature of the live document that multiple people can be editing at once from a remote location. This allows a real time team feeling even from a distance.

I wasn't sure about the forms feature until I was trained properly. After the training, it was much easier to use.

It is a great bundle of apps that will make my life easier for work, school, etc. And it is affordable!

Got it mostly to get my PDFs done in time and also it has really come in handy with all the added applications such as excel which helps me do all the graphs stuff and OneDrive so I can have my project files all in one place.

Could be much better when it comes to OneDrive, download speeds are sometimes low, and limited space unless you opt for PRO which is also expensive.

Overall Microsoft 365 is a very good software and easy to work with. Lots of options and does just about everything!

Excel can be difficult at times but I am sure that is because I am still learning.

All the official files and folders can be accessed from any where, any device, any time and the same is easily open in any devices. No conversion is required. All applications work well with single user id sign in. database security and sharing with collaborator is very useful and helpful.

In an office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook are the major and most required application to start the work. Microsoft 365 provides the platform in addition to the application which is on cloud as well. All the data has been synchronized at a same time and can be accessed from anywhere. Its auto linking in all type of software application is the best part.

Cloud syncing sometime interrupted with no reason and unexpected error shows with some numbers. File is not saved.

Personally, I prefer other office suites over Microsoft, but there's nothing majorly wrong with 365 itself and it works great for businesses and students especially. I've found in my life that the average student, especially minors, aren't as tech savvy as I expect them to be and struggle to download and run basic things on a computer. They're not going to be reaching for SimpleNote, Evernote or Libre Office. If it's not Microsoft, they'll turn to Google. I've had the least amount of issues switching files between Microsoft office software and the Google equivalents compared to more open source software available. For the classroom, I'd recommend this or Google's versions as these are the easiest for the average student to work with, and thus, easiest for me to deal with when walking them through it.

Despite the rebranding, it's still basically the same old office suite as before, which isn't a bad thing. For school and business, it's great and worth it. You can sync everything up with other Microsoft products, like Teams, and share your files easily. It's always been reliable over the years and most open software office suites will be able to save files compatible with Microsoft's office suite, so you can use freebies at home and transfer those files over at work/on campus later if you need to. Access is free to anyone with a .edu email, which is another big bonus for students.

It still has formatting glitches from time to time in all of the programs in the suite. And while you can typically use an open source or alternative program that will save Microsoft file types, sometimes you get really bizarre reformatting. The same can occur if you save a file in one of the office programs and open it in say, Google Sheets or Docs, and have all of the formatting you worked so hard on completely destroyed. There are some common glitches, but you never really know what it's going to do until you open the file up.

Microsoft 365 has solution for every person belongs to any trade and walk of life, so I would highly recommend this tool to the people who haven't used it yet.
