Microsoft 365 is expensive and not many businesses can afford it.

For companies it is a good option because it offers all the services in a single package, so that in addition to the programs to create documents, we have many additional tools, all well thought out to facilitate the work and make it more comfortable, from being able to make videoconferences to store files in the cloud. These functions are extremely useful for us workers in a company. With Office the needs of the company evolved, improving efficiency and effectiveness as we can access all programs in real time, so we can access from any device whether computer, Tablet or Smartphone. This way, wherever I am, I have access to documents or files that have been stored in the cloud in a very comfortable way. Not to mention the storage space they offer us of 1 TB.

Office 365 has allowed us to videoconference effectively in our company to get closer to our customers, have access to email, use instant messaging, screen sharing and good cloud storage, which have streamlined to efficiency with projects within the company, thus facilitating work comfort.

The price is high when starting or starting a small business so I hope they are more accessible to all, some of the files lose the original format when opening it from another device, we find it difficult when the files are very heavy because Office tend to work slower.

Microsoft 365 contributes to the many business operations, through successful planning, and ensures no losses. Also, it brings the business operations together.

Microsoft 365 is an authentic and a multipurpose application for different business procedures like communication and accountability. Also there is the planning assistance from Microsoft 365.

Microsoft 365 requires some enough arrangements for successful planning, and installation, which the developer should make it easier.

Overall well equipped software with all the office applications and good for collaborative working too as everything is accessible through cloud.

Microsoft 365 has all the office applications available in it's bundle and the availability of all your work in the cloud makes it the best office app.

It does the job well but the price tags are high for the subscriptions.

Definitely, recommend. I used this for years with my previous employers. Outlook is the GOAT for emails.

I love using Microsoft 365 for business and personal. I appreciate how the programs integrate with each.

I do not like how you cannot share docs in Sharepoint with folks outside of your org.

I know with each software I still have a lot to learn, which is nice to know that there really isn't a ceiling with these resources, they are always improving!

Microsoft 365 has the best processing software out there! I gravitate towards word and PowerPoint because they have the most features to offer, function efficiently, and are familiar.

The interface when trying to find and download the application I need online can be a little complicated.

Overall a great experience using this product. I can access all the software it it's functions for daily use.

There's nothing that I have complaints about for this product.

I have tried the free trial of Microsoft 365, the cloud space solution for all the business application is really a good idea. You can store all of the work in the cloud and can access remotely from anywhere and work without hustle.
The potential drawback here is the pricing. Rest other features and functionalities are very good, it offers 1 TB of cloud storage space.

Overall for large enterprises, Microsoft 365 is really a plus.

There few cons as well like:
Outlook is too busy and not always easy to set up.
Does not always work as per your need might be internet problems or anything else causing it.

The pros of using Microsoft 365 are:

The cons about this software is the price and there is a constant need of internet to use this services on free tier.

MS word, PowerPoint, Excel all these important tools are interconnected with each other with same outlook id. User can share and collaborate the data with secure channel. Easy to access and usage. Work in android and iOS devices as well.

For office mails, documents, presentation, all should be sync and updated. MS365 provided the best solution to integrate all the important applications. All data can be saved and sync on the cloud and can be accessed through any device any time.

Outlook id is required for using the MS365 and all data saved on one drive. Sync sometime take time else everything is good.

Using Office 365 is really smooth and I love the simple look and design which allows you to stay on your work and content without confusing you with too many buttons.
Now, that we are moving into the cloud age, it is easy to sync your work with cloud and access it any time you want on any device you need.

1. It is a suite that has everything that you need. Word for writing, excel for math, OneNote for writing notes, and Access for a database.
2. Everything in the suit works without bugs and never fail on you.
3. The interaction between all the apps in the suite is seamless.
4. It is available on Mac and Windows and available on Android and iPhone.

1. It is still not available for Linux.
2. Access still needs a lot of work. Performance-wise, it does not even stand a chance with a lot of free databases.

I have been using this application since I was a kid! Having all the tools like word processor, spreadsheets and presentations at one place always thrilled me! I have started using this since it was called MS Office.

Fastest and most powerful Office software and one of the most popular in the world by Microsoft and has a lot of features. It is user friendly and easy to set up!

I'm still using one of the older version. No much drawbacks but it has a lot to navigate through.
