Overall enjoying our experience with Ooma and the variety of services that they provide in assisting our operations.

Virtual receptionist has made a dramatic difference in our day to day operations in assisting with and screening our calls.

It took a little bit of time for the initial setup.

As I've already noticed, it's a very convenient platform with responsive and friendly technical support. It helps us save money and time. We can always customize accounts to suit our needs and have full control over these settings (100% free access!)

5 months ago, Ooma Office was recommended to our company by colleagues who have been using this software for more than a year. Well, we soon appreciated how convenient the toolbar of this office is! Everything is simple and easy to set up. When you need to make some specific changes, it is done almost instantly. Invoices are also issued without any problems.

We've been working with this platform for almost half a year now and have not had any serious problems so far. When there are any difficulties using certain functions, we just contact Ooma technical support and in a few minutes the difficulties are resolved (or the technical support tells us what needs to be done).

I've enjoyed using Ooma as a service tremendously. It has created a seamless integration for my customer calls and allows me to be more versatile as a whole

I love the ability to receive my voicemails even if I'm on the go. I never have to interrupt my workflow and allows me to have all the capacity of the office even when I'm out.

The initial setup and call forwarding was daunting at first, but I soon learned how to create these setups with ease.

I switched from AT&t to Ooma office for my small business. It was the best decision I ever made. The service is extremely budget-friendly. I love the convenience of not being tethered to the office phone. I can retrieve my voicemails via email. The virtual receptionist feature elevates my business and can provide basic information about my business when I am not able to answer the phone. The app also makes it easy to work remotely, but still use my phone as if I were in the office.

The service is very user friendly. The virtual receptionist is a great feature. Budget friendly. Customer service is always quick to respond. Emailed voicemails.

No centralized voicemail message hub. The faxing feature leaves a bit to be desired.

Wonderful. Really, absolutely the perfect solution for me and my practice. Versatile and cost effective.

There is no way I could run my office without Ooma Office. I am a physician who has clinic in 3 different locations. Ooma allows me to forward my calls to whichever office I am in and to check messages remotely when we are out of the office.

Needing an ethernet cable to set up the phones, but that was years ago and now there are wireless options!

Ooma has been a life saver for our companies! We save so much money while reaping the benefits of all Ooma's services! You simply won't find a better telcom solution!

Honestly, I can't think of any "true" cons -- Ooma offers SO many services/products, I sometimes have to remind myself to check in with them to make sure I haven't missed anything!!!

Overall I am happy with Ooma Office services, it works well for my small business and allows me to make changes myself and quickly.

Really easy to use online manager allows me to easily set up my phone service the way I need it. I can update voice messages and change the message when my business is closed. The e-mail voicemails make it easy to check messages from anywhere.

I wish that transferring calls was a little simpler. The interface on the phone is not necessarily intuitive for me.

System and service are very reasonable. The installation was easy, and porting our numbers went smoothly. Call quality is good most of the time, and so far no dropped calls like we had with our previous carrier. When I have called customer service they have been very responsive and helpful.

Would like give them 5 stars all the time . I have use the system 2 years ago. They have service 24/7 and everyone is professional.

I love to use the office phone to text to customers. You never miss your customers. You don't have to have another cell phone.

Ooma had us ready when the pandemic hit. We never missed a beat and their customer service is top-notch!

We had Ooma up and running within a few minutes with all numbers ported and our virtual assistant taking calls for us!

Ooma needs a way to video conference. This feature will be the cherry on the top!

Overall excellent and value for money. Had a few issues with the hardware but was always taken care of eventually.

It's extremely affordable, it has a mobile app and it easily integrates with our current phone system.

Sometimes it loses internet connection, and no one can hear you.

We love the how streamlined the process is for taking a call and that we can easily access voicemails via email! So many great things about Ooma!

Our only source of confusion is when the app is set to "do not disturb" calls still come through on our cell phones.

My company used another leading VOIP service for over a decade. During that time they never bothered to update their services while increasing their costs every single year! Ooma offers many more features than the older company at a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend them.

Ooma is very easy to use and comes packed with features needed to run my small business on a day to day basis! Our company has used Ooma for the past ear and we are very satisfied with their service!

Nothing to dislike! The slight con I have is I think the Desktop Windows app could be tweaked a little bit to match what you can do when you log into Ooma online. But that is really a very minor inconvenience. We've been very happy with the service and the customer support.

I can not think of any cons at this time. So far everything has been great.

The team is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They are really set up to keep small businesses running.

My favorite thing is the price tag. I did a lot of research before settling on Ooma. They give me a lot bang for the buck. I get tons of features without breaking the bank.

None I can think of at the moment. Honestly, since I researched them extensively along with other competitors, I knew exactly what I was getting.

Before starting with Ooma Office we were basically facing highway Robert. We were being charged for options we didn’t need, and missing the features we wanted. Nothing was easy, and we spent hours on the phone. Ooma office changed all of that! They are reliable, quick to setup, and full of savings! I recommend Ooma Office 100%. We went to Ooma Office based on a referral from one of their competitors! The competitor said, we don’t have what you need, call Ooma Office they’ll be cheaper, and have all of the options!

Since it is VoIP, on occasion you lose signal. We don’t pay for the hotspot so when things go down we just have all calls forwarded to the owners phone. Not a big deal, but sometimes hard.

Overall, I am very happy with Ooma and have recommended them to three others so far. I know that one of them cut his old bill in half. and he called to thank me for recommending Ooma to him.

I got an offer from Ooma and the price was lower than the company I was using, so I called to see if they would match the price. They would not, so I gave Ooma a 30 day trial. It worked great, so I switched to Ooma about 3 months ago and I am totally happy with the product. Ooma gives me more options and they include faxes where the old company did not and now I can have voice and fax for less money than I was getting just voice before.

The only thing I didn't like was that I could only have incoming fax notifications sent to one email. I mentioned that to a rep and was told they are working on allowing more than one email.

A great option for a small business. Especially for owners who are on the go more than in an office, like me. Premium features with an affordable cost.

I like many things about Ooma office. I like that I can work from my desk or my cell phone. I like that I can text customers from both platforms as well now. I like the virtual assistant, and voicemail transcript. These are all premium features at an affordable price. It has been fairly reliable and ooma has continued to add features and improvements.

We had a couple problems early on that affected my texting ability. But, it was resolved and since then, it has been a reliable service.

We are very impressed with our Ooma Office it has saved us time and money over the last couple of years.

I like the versatility and flexibility that Ooma Office provides and it could have come at a better time. I had contracted COVID-19 and I was able to work from home just as if I was at my desk. I am able to track the calls that come in and my outgoing calls.

Now that I have the service I wish I would have purchased a phone that has a wireless headset.
