Ooma is an easy company to work with with a strong local team and a strong solution behind them. Great easy VoIP services.

Ooma Office is very easy to setup and to use daily. Flexibility to control call flow, device assignment, etc.

I have nothing bad to say about this product- for the small to medium business space it's great.

Ooma is much better than Vonage. I was with Vonage for around 20 years and I could never get any support.

Ooma Office is a great phone solution for our small business. Not only is it cost effective, it comes with many valuable features that you see in higher end, expensive and complicated VOIP systems. Anyone can easily integrate into their business. We use it to manage our calls and forward to our field service techs.

The Ooma Business VOIP setup is a cost-effective entry point in my opinion for a small business owner. It was easy-to-setup and overall it's been easy to navigate the functionality that I need.

Service ticket times can leave a little to be desired. Also, calls get dropped for random reasons which is annoying.

I couldn't live without it! I love being able to work from home and not miss one phone call. I'm able to be with my kids.

If you get TOO big you might need some features that are missing, but we've run a team up to 20 people and worked great.

Sometimes as with any there are some instances when software needs to reset or update.

Offers a feature rich phone service at a great price compared to traditionally phone services and other VOIP services. Easy to set up and personalize, including company directory and hold music. Calls are clear and reliable, both locally and internationally. The app allows the user to take it with them, with out having to do much additional setup.

I can't say I have a con to mention compared to the previous phone services I have had.

Price might be high at times. On occasion the connectivity of the system can be an issue but Ooma's customer service team is always there to help!

We've got everything working the way we want and once it was set up, we never had problems and could go in and make minor changes without taking up a tech's time. GREAT service! I don't know why more people don't subscribe.

Our Internet provider was charging us $225/month plus a $50 lease fee on 4 handsets and a separate fax line for VOIP service. That $225 was above our internet fee of $227/month! We were paying over $600/month! The savings we made by purchasing OOMA handsets paid for itself and would cover replacement without paying a lease fee.

We had some difficulties getting everything set up but the OOMA tech was very helpful and patient which made our setup go more smoothly. If the internet goes down, so does our phone but the same was also true of our internet provider.

I recommend Ooma to all my friends who own their own businesses. I explain the cost savings, ease of use and customer service.

I decided to switch from Comcast to Ooma in October 2020. The best decision I have made in years. Service is excellent. Customer service is a pleasure to contact. Typically, only takes 1 - 2 minutes to speak with a live person, who has answers. Cost comparison can not be matched.

None to date. In the beginning, October 2020, I was calls customer service almost daily to get the system set up to my needs. Always had polite and resourceful.

The computer interface does not have the capabilities of the Ooma phone app.

Don't really have too many problems with them, they have quality service and great customer service representatives.

The system is great as even if you are out of the office you never miss a call because they come on your cell. Customer service always strives to resolve any issues you are having on that rare occasion you have to contact them.

Sometimes if you are out you don't get same quality of call as on the office phone.

The product is decent for the price which is kind of high, I was told one price and received another price. Customer service never corrected this. At least no contract.

We have been very happy with our Ooma Office. We have 4 lines in our office. We are able to direct customers to the correct person right away with virtual receptionist and no one gets transferred around looking for the right person.

I really love the virtual receptionist option. None of our employees like the sound of their recorded voice, so no one wanted to record our outgoing message. Being able to type it up with virtual receptionist and have the calls directed to each department has been a great benefit.

The voice is a little too mechanical and maybe a little impersonal.

Ooma is an easy to use system that can function for all types of small businesses. It is easy to set up and manage. I have found that it serves my small business well.

Ooma makes it easy for me to manage calls and respond to the ones that are most important. The automated assistant has significantly decreased the number of spam calls I receive. Callers are able to redirect to the proper line and person so their needs can be met. I am much less stressed about answering every call and less concerned about robo-dialers.

The price is a bit high for the way in which I use the service. I wish they had a way for me to directly record onto the system rather than uploading my recording.

The pricing is fantastic compared to other services and it's featured rich. I honestly was hesitant about switching systems but it was definitely a good choice. Once you get it completely set up, it's so simple and easy.

I love that we don't have to answer the phone every time it rings to answer simple questions such as hours of operation or current sales. With Ooma's virtual receptionist, we can now weed out time consuming calls and only answer the calls looking to book an appointment.

The app caused a few problems with our system and my cell phone however once I removed the app we had no more issues with the system. They could benefit from having a training course on using for the 1st time that would be very helpful.

I can live with the cons because of the fantastic price we get. It has saved us hundreds every month. It is not necessary for the phone bill to cost so much and now it doesn't.

Ooma has fantastic prices and great customer service. We merged 2 locations together to share the same phone system. The features like call forwarding, recording phones calls, etc are super easy.

The connection (which has a lot to do with the WIFI carrier) gets scratchy at times.
