In overall we are having a good experience with this company and our customers are satisfied so we are happy with this new phone system.

The Ooma service is nice and pretty much organized. We are able to keep on track the amounts if calls we get and customers are satisfied with this new system we have in our company.
No more statics calls or suddenly cuts.

It is kind of complicated to transfer calls from one equipment to other.
Usually disconnect or reboot.

My experience has been so fantastic. I had a landline with Spectrum which I liked. But Ooma offers so much more for so much less.

The call quality is occasionally poor or they are just unable to connect, and they appear to have a lot of outages.

Being in a rural area, our internet can be faulty at times and if that happens, our phones are down as well.

It works with our small office and our non Ooma phones, I cant figure how to use the call waiting feature so we can use all four lines (we bought 2 lines). Overall the web interface is the real winner.

When needing an update: reboot is required.
When internet is down so are the phones.
Support is textbook helpful, an issue outside of the textbook requires higher tier support.

If you want a low-cost, no frills VoIP, I can't think of many better options on the market. It does exactly what is needed, doesn't make things difficult, and delivers the necessities. If you want to grow options, might be best to shop further.

Incredibly simple and basic VoIP, which is perfect for our operation. We have low tech literacy on my staff and the ability to no-frills direct people how to use it has been amazing.

The lack of bells and whistles can be distracting for those with tech experience. It is best for small organizations.

Overall, I would say it has been a good value. It was certainly a less expensive option than the "local" phone company option (yes, there was only one who provides VoIP services), and comparable in price to several others out there.

I like that I can take the service with me wherever I am with the app for my cell phone, and it still looks like I am in the office. I like that there is a virtual receptionist so my calls are filtered (I am in an executive suites building that does not provide a receptionist who will answer my phones).

Sometimes the call quality is not that great, even on the "landline" in the office. In the most recent update to the app, the selection of speaker-phone was changed so that you now have to wait for a call to engage (someone has to pick up on the other end, or wait for a voice mail system to answer) before you can select the speaker phone.

As a small business looking for phone system that would not break the bank this was the ticket. Installation was a snap. The app ports my calls to my cell phone so I never miss an opportunity to engage with my customers.

Extra Marketing Ads for add on features. I inquired about one of these ads and was told that as an existing customer I didn't qualify.

I really enjoy using Ooma VOIP, works great, sounds clear and the mobile app works really well and the ability to link it to your cell phone.

What I like about this phone company is it really do fit my business and when I’m not available they also offer a virtual assistance which is good it saves time and money and you still can get the messages and or sell leads in order to keep your business growing

I just had my phone broken because I work from home by my dog and I had to buy a new one they did not offer a deal or anything for me to be a customer which I feel they should start thinking about offering discounts for replacements of phones that are either broken lost or damaged.

Since we started using Ooma Office, the features have helped both us and our customers have better experiences. We love the ability to set a schedules and block spam.

Lots of pros: great price for the features, great support when needed, and the setup was really easy.

No real cons that are on their end so far. We were unable to port our number, but that wasn't a deal stopper.

We have had a great over experience with assignment of numbers & the app is really convenient. You can also forward your number to other lines.

I like how professional these phones are & look they make running our business easy. You can transfer calls between lines, place on hold, & more You can download the app & still use your lone when you're out of the office.

I really haven't dealt with any other than the lower budget phone cords may need replaced.

Ooma business has paid back many times over in the last 2 and 1/2 years. Quality is excellent and the mobile app lets me be in the office anywhere. The audio quality is outstanding and the virtual assistant thwarts most robo-calls. Ooma has save me big $ over my old Verizon business line.

Overall I am satisfied and hope to upgrade when our small business grows. We use three boxes. Would like to have more cordless options in future.

You only need to have internet and all things are set automatically with no hassle. The app helps to make calls from your personal cell phone also. Customizable receptionist voice is another good thing.

Strong internet necessary. The adapters are larger to carry. Would like to have small size usb adapters.

I use Ooma for business and have configured it so that NO spam callers get through. Only clients.

Sometimes my settings seem to migrate without me doing anything. Currently, my calls seem to go directly to voicemail. For my business model it's actually fine; if it was critical to my business, I would quickly fix my settings. But for now, it's just fine.

I was looking for a phone service for the business and called Ooma Office. The customer service was phenomenal, they answered my questions, provided me with the plan in which I was requesting.
Upon receiving the phone I must say, "I'm well pleased!" I would recommend Ooma Office to any business company.

I really do not have any cons to reveal. My phone was delivered within the allotted time.

We have moved more than a few times while using Ooma and it works without much hassle. The phone works as long you have reasonable internet connection. We also increased staffing over the years and adding lines are simple. It has many features that makes our office appears bigger and more professional. It's not the least expensive solution but reliable.

Easy to set up. Relatively inexpensive. Scalable, function rich, and flexible. Good sound quality. Good support.

Too much equipment and can get pricey with many users. Unknown security.
