Overall, Ooma office is a great product. The pricing is right, the features are great, and the software is adaptable and easy to use.

Cost effective, easy to manage, and the portal to edit the information online gives you a lot of options for customization.

I don't like that in order to permanently delete the phone number off the account, I have to call customer service.

It allowed my staff to work from home and to receive calls with their cellphones or home phones.
They can dial out with my office phone number showing as the caller ID. No one knows that they work from home!

Like any VoIP, Ooma Office will not work if your internet is down. However, if you have it set up to receive calls to your cellphones, you can receive calls still. You can still dial out using the phone app.

From ordering, to set up, to ease of use and much lower bill, we can't say enough about how much we love Ooma!

I like the features offered such as email voice message, text messaging, good quality call reception, and an office phone unit.

I don't always know from my Android phone that I am receiving an incoming call from my Ooma number.

Overall, Ooma has a good system that's easy to use, both on a laptop and on the app. The actual phones could be improved, but the pricing is perfect for small businesses looking for flexibility.

The system is really easy to set up and use. Our team can easily check call logs and block spam/ robo calls with one click. Personally, I love this as it cleans up our incoming calls without wasting employee time or blocking the phone lines. The call mapping schedule has a simple format and it's easy to change. Ooma customer service is quite good.

The Ooma phones are not great. They are often "searching for base", rebooting or dropping calls. Once this happens, it usually takes a few minutes to get them up again. In the business world, this is precious time, but we use the call forwarding option that lets the call ring through if the phone first in line is offline or busy on another call.

Okay experience. Call dropping issue need to be resolved. I am using this service since 2013 and it is almost 8 years. I did not switch because of porting issues.

Call quality good when the service working, The amount of internet band width needed seems minimal.

Sometimes calls get dropped and some time call receives but can't her the caller but they can hear us

Love it, saved me missed opportunity costs. I originally started with a traditional landline for my business and calls were being blocked when I would route my phone at the times I couldn’t be in the office. OOMA made it very convenient to take calls everywhere.

I love that OOMA office can be accessed from any smart device as well as connected the landline phones i already had. I went from missing clients calls to answering from wherever I am!

Fax machine can be a little more user friendly. Should allow you to save numbers and add multiple attachments.

Overall, Ooma is worth the money saved from switching from another landline company. It allows us to seamlessly work from home the our cell app. The admin features are great online and it's easy to add lines and numbers. Just found out you get an included toll free number as well.

Ooma is great for business phones, as it allows you to have physical phones and an app on your cell phone, which uses your business number. It allows texts to that number as well, and lets you know if you are getting a work call vs a personal call. They have added and keep adding features, and it's easy to transfer calls.

The texting feature is not perfect. There have been a handful of places/companies I have signed up for text notifications but I never get them. Sometimes the phone calls do get dropped, even if you have the "safety" feature on that is cellular calls when wifi gets too weak.

Ooma is pretty good and cheaper than having a landline service agreement with a cable or internet company. In the age of tele-working, Ooma has the lead.

It is very easy to use and it has saved me money. I also love the application, which allows me to answer my phone wherever I am. I do not have to me stuck at my office to conduct business, since I can call Clients, via the Ooma application, on the go. The virtual assist feature is a plus.

The only small con is that the Ooma application can be glitchy at times, but mostly works great!

Ooma works really well for us and I am excited to see how the service is just getting better and better for every day that passes.

More options to transfer lines would be beneficial but not a deal breaker.

I have used several VoIP systems in the past, but was never satisfied with them. Either they were too expensive, and getting more expensive every month, or they did not offer enough features. I even had one that the quality was so bad I didn't even keep the service for a month. Ooma hits all the features I want and need, it is affordable, super easy to set up, and if you do need customer service (hardly ever) they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall it is a fantastic value for any small business.

Customer service has always been helpful and knowledgeable, but I've hardly ever had to use them because it is such an easy system.

There are a couple features like voice recording that you need to purchase the higher package to get.

My overall experience has been great, I really am satisfied, and impress with this service, this have really helped me out on my very busy days, and meeting days.

I am able to forward my busy cell phone calls to Ooma office and it answers for me and prompt the caller to leave a message, my personal secretary.

I only have one phone, so I had to purchase a second one, wireless.

My personal overall experience with Ooma has been wonderful. From their many great and time saving features I use daily, to the quick response from their customer service and technicians if something goes wrong. This is definitely one service you have to try if you feel that your lacking some sort of management service for your phones.

I've been working in property management for several years, and just recently switching over to Ooma services has been such a breath of fresh air. Not only does Ooma keep a detailed call log of every phone interaction for you, but they also provide other great services like saving voicemails and organizing them into easy accessible emails.

Every service can always use some tweaking and improvements. With that said I feel that the Ooma website/hub where you access all your information needs a more modern look/easier navigation to their services.

I like how easy it was to set up the tool and to manage it.
Ooma Office Pro comes with a desktop app which comes in handy when I respond to customers text messages directly from my computer.

The long loading screen on the mobile app has been somewhat annoying. When I fire up the Ooma app I want to get straight to business.

I hope that all my meetings will improve to the level where it allows integrating with other apps or solutions in a similar fashion to Zoom.

I have been using Ooma office for a long time. I was wanting to save more money and went to Nextiva. Couldn't get their system to work and more time on the phone and still not working. Came back to Ooma and it was easy to come back. The service is great, and the phone system works period. I will proudly say that its one of the better VOIP business phone systems out there. Looking forward to yrs of service with them.

I cant say that i have any cons really. It has been better than what i thought.

I was looking for a phone service that could record calls and Ooma was one of the contenders. I was most impressed with Ooma's customer service; before and after the sale. Often times when you call a business these days, the person you speak to has no idea of what is going on and never gets back to you. Everyone I spoke to at Ooma knows everything about their products and were all very willing to take their time to make sure that I had all my questions answered and handled.
I purchased Ooma Office Pro. Their phone products that we purchased are first class with crystal clear sound and there are also lots of features. We love our call recording and on hold music.
I like their service so much, I am changing over my landline service at my home.

I have had Ooma Office Pro for 2 months and have not found any cons yet.

Ooma saved us over 125 a month in USD and provided us more functionality and flexibility so it was the perfect solution for us. If you have a stable/reliable internet connection and you are paying more than 10.00 a month in USD for landline service from one of the legacy providers, it is time for you to switch!

Ease of use, can use existing hardware, major cost savings, lots of extra features both standard and as upgradeable options!

It would be better if some of the upgradeable options were included in the standard offering, but of course, Ooma needs to stay in business. :-)
