I have used this product extensively for about 10 years. It does a wonderful job with OCR and other features.

Nothing. I have had a wonderful experience with this product.

I don't use many of the features of PDF Architect in my music but have used a number with word processing. Many of these features have saved me much time and effort.

For me, the program has worked 'out of the box' as it describes. I use predominantly word processing programs and specialised music programs. I'm printing music PDFs on a daily basis for all sorts of music ensembles from professional symphony orchestras down to beginner level bands and orchestras in schools. PDF Architect allows me to print off, combine, Copyright en masse and finally email to the various music librarians. I can watermark, adjust pages, remove/replace pages and annotate individual pages or as I said, en masse and with ease. I will say the price has been very attractive for what the program provides and for me, the 'Help' aspect from PDF Architect HQ has always been timely and helpful.

Some aspects of the program were a little difficult for me to get my head around, initially (page replacement, removal/adjustment [moving pages 50-55 up to position 89-94 for example]). With subsequent improvements and upgrades to the program, these have become a lot easier...again, the Help assistance was appreciated.

My problem has been solved so everything is fine. Compared to other solutions, we have the same services for less money

You can exchange by chat or phone. You almost immediately have someone on the line. A good bargain.

It's not always easy to describe your problem and I don't know why it didn't work.

I am using PDF Architect for the last 6 years. And I had to ask for help only in two or three occasions. In all of them the Support Team helped me not even to think about switch this excellent program!

Easy to manage, all the necessary features I need for my job (I am an attorney at law). Support always solves in time the tasks I had. My version is a permanent license, and I am happy with it!

There is nothing to comment. I am satisfied with the product!

I have used PDF Architect for more years than I can remember. It has been my go to program for creating and opening pdf documents. I highly recommend it.

I like the ease of merging documents and the overall maneuverability in the module. It's easy to use and meets all my needs.

I have caused some self induced installation issues and have been impressed with the response and knowledge of the support staff to correct my errors.

No major issues. The software performs flawlessly and meets all my needs.

Very good. Compared to other similar programs PDF Architect is the best. For a short time I also used Adobe acrobat paid, but there is no comparison with PDF Architect which is No.1

Working with a music notation software I can print my work directly in pdf with PDF Architect, and also for me, since it is orchestral scores, I can join all the individual instruments and print them with a single pdf file. I can preview the movements of the score, etc. Really great

I don't know, maybe because I was used to PDF Architect 4 and it was all simple and fast, now I still have to try it out thoroughly to give a correct evaluation, but at first glance I think it's perfect

I'm happy with PDF Architect. It's easy to use. It has all the functionalities I need and more. Recently, I had a question and the support was super fast, effective and friendly.

I use PDF Architect to add fields to my pdf's, so people can fill them in and send them back. And I can let people add there signature.

I'm hoping for an upgrade that the program would detect a table and changes it into a form automatically in 1 action. Now I have to add each field by myself and that takes quite some time.

Will recommend program to others. I find the support system in place works very well to serve the user's needs.

Prior to using this program I had used others on the market, I find this program is good and user friendly also the support is very good.

Nothing negative to add. I find this program has a lot to offer if your are an extensive user.

Excellent PDF document software and easy to use. Anything (text) in the printed excel files in pdf format can be easily edited with PDF Architect Pro software, so there is no need to reprint the file in pdf again.

Many of the editing functions and typing new items are easy and straightforward. All MS Windows fonts are available and can be adjusted with regards to each letter font space and also adjusting paragraph heights, just to mention a few.

File conversion to excel and word are not refined enough. Many times a clear picture in pdf showing data table remains as a picture in excel and word. I have to resort to some free online pdf convertors to be able to do this. The OCR reader is optional - I would like to see it incorporated.

Fine software, but as we are hearing, the price will go up, we might stop using it, since we are using it rarely.

I like to work with program, the functions it has. It's easy to use and it works what I need.

I love doing PDF work now as I never fell like I am fighting with the program. It does everything I want and I feel like I'm in total control of how I use the program. When I have needed support it has been prompt and efficient.

With Acrobat I always felt like I was fighting with it for control of how I use it, finding what I want. Acrobat tries to steer me all the time to what it thinks I want to do, and then pay more for some extra thing I want to do. With PDF Architect everything is exactly where I would expect it to be on the screen, but most importantly I feel I am in total control of which tools I use and how I use them. It is so well designed! I especially love the easy to use mark up tools, completely flexible and intuitive.

Additionally I had a need for help with renewing to a different level, and I got very prompt and totally customer centered help. Support has been great.

Sorry, can't think of any. There have been occasional small bugs but they seem to be taken care of pretty quickly as they disappear in the next version.

PDF Architect is one of the easier PDF programs to operate, and it works smoothly. I prefer it over the others that are out there. I like the way the program is set up. You can't beat the support you get.

Easy to work with and plenty of features to work with for any type of job you need to do. The support you get is one of the better places, very good!

The only thing I wish is the buttons for upgrade would disappear when you have it already on your account.

We use this program daily and overall it works fine. It would be nice if the program would function well all the time.

In general the program works fine and it is a user friendly program. It has extensive options. You can extend it with modules such as secure and sign, which now also has new features.

Every year some functionalities suddenly become unavailable. Then we need to contact support to resolve the issue. This happens too often and not at the time of a contract extension.

Great Software - But they just take subscriptions even when they have been stopped or even sorted by their own people. I have had this 3 times in 2024 now.

Can't use the product, can't activate the product. Can't reach anyone at customer service for months.

Nothing! Can not get it registered, can not use it, can not get a response from customer service. A waste of money for nothing.

I can not get customer service to activate my software. FAQs do not help. Customer service basically says see FAQs. Repeated request for help email reply says they are busy with other customers...they have responded to repeated request for months. Nobody doing anything for months! Customer service does not exist!

The support system via chat is excellent. As a matter of fact, since I was once informed that there is no support for Architect 7 PRO +OCR, I had almost decided to stop subscribing. Now, I will continue to renew so long as the support for Architect 7 PRO + OCR is made available.

I had purchased Architect 7 and after upgrading, I was asked to work on Architect 9 which was not comfortable for me. Today, one Mr. Andrew solved the issue online via chat.

The interface tools buttons and the customisation of the tools which were available in Architect 7 could not be found in Architect 9.

PDF Architect is a useful product and in addition the after sale service is good too. They care and respond quickly to my request.

Very useful tools to add quickly a signature in a document or complete required field in contract document for example instead of print and scan manually.

Unfortunately the basic version software is too limited.

I've used the product for years and it continues to be improved. I don't see any reason to switch to anything else.

I love that I can edit my soap labels and other pdfs easily. Don't know what else to say, I only use it for editing.

I'm not a huge fan of the licensing, it's confusing when you're upgrading, you have to upgrade and then connect the account. It works better now thankfully. Some of the features are a bit difficult for me, being graphically challenged, it's probably my fault.

I would happily recommend it to everyone as it is overall a great all-purpose product. Only drawback currently is the non-availability of a life-time purchase option, which would increase its users manifold.

Prompt Service and Helpful Agents. It is always a pleasure to share the problem, and to expect the solution within minutes.

Have to go via Portal rather than a simple email, like before.

I am happy with the new version 9 and i am finding it better for me to use. As with anything new it will take me awhile to become fluent with using the program

I am a retired person who does not use all the aspects of the program, which probably makes me not the best person to evaluate the program. I have in the past found the program a little hard to navigate, however with continued use and with the program updates I am finding things better. The support line are always quick to return with answers which I find most Helpful

As I said I am not a frequent user of the program so I hesitate to be critical.
