    I don't use many of the features of PDF Architect in my music but have used a number with word processing. Many of these features have saved me much time and effort.

    For me, the program has worked 'out of the box' as it describes. I use predominantly word processing programs and specialised music programs. I'm printing music PDFs on a daily basis for all sorts of music ensembles from professional symphony orchestras down to beginner level bands and orchestras in schools. PDF Architect allows me to print off, combine, Copyright en masse and finally email to the various music librarians. I can watermark, adjust pages, remove/replace pages and annotate individual pages or as I said, en masse and with ease. I will say the price has been very attractive for what the program provides and for me, the 'Help' aspect from PDF Architect HQ has always been timely and helpful.

    Some aspects of the program were a little difficult for me to get my head around, initially (page replacement, removal/adjustment [moving pages 50-55 up to position 89-94 for example]). With subsequent improvements and upgrades to the program, these have become a lot easier...again, the Help assistance was appreciated.

    Excellent PDF document software and easy to use. Anything (text) in the printed excel files in pdf format can be easily edited with PDF Architect Pro software, so there is no need to reprint the file in pdf again.

    Many of the editing functions and typing new items are easy and straightforward. All MS Windows fonts are available and can be adjusted with regards to each letter font space and also adjusting paragraph heights, just to mention a few.

    File conversion to excel and word are not refined enough. Many times a clear picture in pdf showing data table remains as a picture in excel and word. I have to resort to some free online pdf convertors to be able to do this. The OCR reader is optional - I would like to see it incorporated.

    The support system via chat is excellent. As a matter of fact, since I was once informed that there is no support for Architect 7 PRO +OCR, I had almost decided to stop subscribing. Now, I will continue to renew so long as the support for Architect 7 PRO + OCR is made available.

    PDF Archtect Support went from Best to Worst

    PDF Architect 7 actually a delight to work with and I have used it for a dozen years. Only contacted support three or four times in the whole period, usually for billing / activation problems which were handled in 48 hours.
    Now charged for features I neither wanted nor would used and it's impossible to contact a human being to straighten it out.

    I still use PDF Architect 7, as I found all the upgrades suffering from severe feature bloat.
    Always received a swift and helpful reply within 48 hours.
    They have gone to a new billing/support system another useless bot.
    I recently renewed my license and though I only wanted basic renewal, they have charged me for OCR and other features I specifically did not want. Maybe there was default feature addition in the small print. I'm not sure.
    Try to contact support, which is no longer supported, I redirected to their bot.
    Naturally, there was no answer to my FAQs and after drilling through the menus, there was a Contact Us via Email link.
    Which I clicked on. Filled out the field. An pressed Submit.
    Guess what?
    The feature didn't work!
    Of course.
    I'll try again later.

    Charged for features I didn't want.
    Impossible to correct Billing Support to disconnect and obtain a refund.
