    Overall, a single stop for my executives to contact and follow up with the clients. It integrate with my existing channel of communication and automatic records the data related to my sale. Its sms system will notify the clients about latest update. Its funnel system pop up the latest follow ups of the day. Its also works on mobile and helps the executives to connect with the clients on the go.

    From the zoho group, Zoho CRM is the best part as it involved in management of Prospects, Leads & Inquiries. Its system divide the hierarchy in multiple formats which is easy to track and follow up. For my clients i am able to send the initial quotation and taken regular followup till the inquiry converted into Customer or rejected. Good Platform and little training is required to use.

    The Payment integration is difficult and chargeable. Payment from some vendors / partners yet to be integrated.
