    Overall I feel this is the service I would quickly recommend anyone who has started up a business and is presented with all the HR, tax , accounts related complexities.
    This is easy to use system and is mostly free till you are up on your feet.

    Zoho Invoices is awesome easy to use invoice system.

    Zoho Payroll helped me with simple employee payslip generator and handler when my employees asked for payslips. It provides a full web panel for employees to access and get their payslips.

    Zoho expense - I have just started using it and it seems the excellent app to help me manage my receipts and bills so that next tax season I dont have to waste a full month in gathering and making books match.

    It is a complete blessing for startups who cannot yet afford accountants etc and one person is mostly managing everything.

    Some features are overly complex . Email support is nice there should be some sort of easy to access live support to help people new to all this accountancy stuff for a startup.

    I'm very grateful for the performance that Zoho CRM has had thanks to the perfect interaction it has given me with customers and allowing me to carry out consistent monitoring for each sale. Despite how slow the platform is to process the data collected and convert it into reports, I consider that its general operation is quite good, it's an extremely fluid platform, easy to use and that helps to always be connected with potential clients and to be able to provide them with good care during the process of each sale. Currently, Zoho CRM has helped us a lot to be able to finalize property negotiations in less time.

    One of the negative features that Zoho CRM has is with respect to its data collection system. Zoho CRM collects the data accurately, and manages to extract the entire customer experience and turn it into graphs and reports, however, for this process to be done automatically, a long period of time must pass, so that the platform can process the information. I would like all these reports to be done automatically with the collection of information in real time, which does not take so long to process the information, since it would be much better for me to receive the reports instantly.

    I have used and implemented this product at three companies. It has saved start-ups hundreds of thousands of dollars over doing the same thing in Salesforce or HubSpot. Both of which I have used in the past.

    Cost is about as low as you can go.
    It works without glitches.
    You can hire experts for half the cost of a Salesforce consultant.

    Documentation is not always current. This leads you to try solutions without success. This is always because the software had been updated and improved and now there is just a new way of doing things.
