NegativeThe main problem that I have noticed during my experience with this software is that it does not work at all if there is no active internet connection. On several occasions I have tried to access the shower to be able to review the reports and see the progress that sales have had since the last time I had an Internet connection and my computer, however this has not been possible, since all the information of reports and sales generated in real time is stored on internal servers, for which it is mandatory to have a stable Internet connection to access the main system. I would love to be able to access this system without the need for an Internet connection, since on several occasions I am out of the office but I need to review past reports at this time, and this is not possible. Another of the negative things of this is that it does not have any function to be able to make government tax declarations, in this way when we generate the negotiation reports with each client, we cannot insert the taxes that we have to pay for that negotiation, it is a This is a real problem since in order to insert the taxes in the negotiation report we have to do it internally within our company, we cannot do it within the software, it is not possible.

Wish that we would have switched to this years ago.
NegativeStarting up can be a little overwhelming - as Zoho covers so much. Some of the modules (such as Meetings) are not as strong and 3rd party best of breed products - so there is a trade off for a fully integrated system such as Zoho.

Previously, when we were having a strong flow of property sales in our company, it was quite complicated to control all the sales and serve them all in a considerable time, so that's why we decided to use Zoho CRM in our company. Our experience has been quite pleasant, we are very happy to be using this software because it has allowed us to control sales, serve all customers in record time and manage to have control over each sale, knowing what percentage we are in each sale and know how long it takes to complete it. - Zoho CRM does not allow me to do any type of accounting about the sales made. It does speed up the sales process, since it keeps me in touch with the potential client and helps guide them through the sales process, in our case, when we sell properties, we use Zoho CRM, however, I would like to be able to provide statements of accounting about the sales made in the last few weeks, and this is something that Zoho CRM cannot do.

NegativeThe mobile application is a mess, also a bit outdated for daily use, notifications take time to arrive doing this that you prefer email notifications thanks to its effectiveness. Another thing I don't like is the email templates, it doesn't have a friendly interface that makes it easy to edit the emails I send. When wanting to export from Zoho, it will not do it with the added notes, they will simply not appear, this is a bit annoying because the annotations are very important when making observations in decision making.
