The notification system is very important to us, because it would save us a lot of time and achieve that we serve customers at the correct time. We are currently pending at all times to know what requirement the client has.
PositiveIt is very important to be able to connect with each of the clients and help them complete a sales service of our company. In our company we offer real estate services, and Zoho CRM helps us so that our clients can complete their property purchase in a satisfactory way. This software automates all operations involved in capturing new customers, and can also be integrated with the Zoho Analytics platform, which gives Zia, Zoho's virtual intelligence, more capacity to assist in the automatic generation of reports on sales campaign results.
NegativeZoho crm's platform is not good at data crosswalks. That is, in combining analytics to create more extensive and up-to-date graphical analytics, which somewhat limits how easy it is to see the status of each transaction versus the rest. For this situation, the solution seems to be to add Zoho crm to the Zoho Analytics external report builder.

This platform has had some small failures during customer service, such as delays in conversations, however, I have had a good experience and sales in my company have improved exponentially thanks to Zoho CRM. This platform has been very easy to use, its interface is completely comfortable and I have been able to attend the leads in a matter of seconds, without having to use a complicated process to do so.
PositiveZoho CRM is a platform primarily created to meet the needs of customers and to help them complete a sales process successfully. This platform offers me a fully optimized system for customer service, what I like the most about this platform is that it provides me with a sales forecast depending on the satisfaction that has been in the service that has been given to customers, These forecasts help me to see where sales are going in my company and how we are prepared for the future. In addition, Zoho CRM offers me a sales follow-up, where I can come into direct contact with the customer throughout the sales process and thus be able to offer better service.
NegativeZoho CRM support has not been totally effective. This platform says that it offers a 24-hour support service in order to avoid gaps within the Zoho CRM functionalities, however, this is not true, because on certain occasions I have had some failures in the login of the platform and also during customer service, and the support service has taken more than 1 hour to give me an answer and answer the questions I have had. I wish there was a better support system that is able to answer my questions in an instant.

It also supports workflows for automation required for workflows and easy to set up integrations with other products like GMail, Salesforce etc. We are using Zoho One, the CRM can integrate with a host of other Zoho products, including email marketing automation, for one low fee.
NegativeThe documentation on how to use and set up the CRM and other Zoho products seems limited. I am not always able to find solutions quickly and easily using the included help database. We were required to do a steep learning curve to be able to maximize the usefulness of the platform. Response times to support tickets can also take some time.

It is user-friendly, the system is not complicated it's perfect with a stat-up business that doesn't have much experience with automation plus there's a video tutorial for ways to customize its usage and functionalities. Very flexible as it allows you to work with all kinds of businesses.
NegativeThe free and budget version has limited usage no free trial for all its user. If you want to take advantage of Zoho's full capacity you need to buy the full version. Long waiting time for customer care or technical support. It has a different price which is good for beginners but to get the maximum potential of Zoho you need to purchase the Ultimate package which is already the same price as the other popular automation.
