    This software is ideal for any sales professional who wants to incur in today's market. Zoho CRM has been of great help in analyzing any particular user either in a simple scenario or in a complex scenario, where you work with their locations without having any duplicate account errors. It has excellent integration with any type of application. We were able to include with this software the entire marketing sales process of our company including in turn all our meetings, our leads, our customer accounts and the purchase orders that we were always recording. We were also able to implement cross-functionality at the start of each project.

It has a fast with potential customer version to any type of account. It has also facilitated an ease of analysis according to the accessibility of read-only data that has each of the registered users on the platform.

    On certain occasions there is an error when trying to enter login data, customer registration data and any report update data. It is necessary to implement the automatic disconnection of the account if we are some time inactive, Zoho CRM stays connected even if we are not in front of the screen. As a last contra we have the modules listed on the web page, these should present an increase as we are always reaching that upper limit of certain modules.

    Zoho CRM notifications are not that consistent, sometimes I have received notifications from clients when it has been a long time since the client request was initiated. The notification system is very important to us, because it would save us a lot of time and achieve that we serve customers at the correct time. We are currently pending at all times to know what requirement the client has.

Zoho crm shows an excellent self-service portal manager, which works well to guide our customers through the entire sales operation, all the way to completion.

This software automates all operations involved in capturing new customers, and can also be integrated with the Zoho Analytics platform, which gives Zia, Zoho's virtual intelligence, more capacity to assist in the automatic generation of reports on sales campaign results.

    Zoho crm's platform is not good at data crosswalks. That is, in combining analytics to create more extensive and up-to-date graphical analytics, which somewhat limits how easy it is to see the status of each transaction versus the rest. For this situation, the solution seems to be to add Zoho crm to the Zoho Analytics external report builder.

    Zoho CRM is a completely reliable platform, its way of optimizing customer service and being able to provide them with a better sales system is really fantastic. This platform has had some small failures during customer service, such as delays in conversations, however, I have had a good experience and sales in my company have improved exponentially thanks to Zoho CRM. This platform has been very easy to use, its interface is completely comfortable and I have been able to attend the leads in a matter of seconds, without having to use a complicated process to do so.

This platform offers me a fully optimized system for customer service, what I like the most about this platform is that it provides me with a sales forecast depending on the satisfaction that has been in the service that has been given to customers, These forecasts help me to see where sales are going in my company and how we are prepared for the future. In addition, Zoho CRM offers me a sales follow-up, where I can come into direct contact with the customer throughout the sales process and thus be able to offer better service.

    Zoho CRM support has not been totally effective. This platform says that it offers a 24-hour support service in order to avoid gaps within the Zoho CRM functionalities, however, this is not true, because on certain occasions I have had some failures in the login of the platform and also during customer service, and the support service has taken more than 1 hour to give me an answer and answer the questions I have had. I wish there was a better support system that is able to answer my questions in an instant.

    Being able to centrally hold our data amongst a number of devices really helps for business managers. Whether it PCs/laptops in the office, or tablet/Mobile Devices on the road. Having access to working anywhere, and one needs to stay up to date with Zoho's cloud services and other CRM features.

    Zoho is highly product from India. With an ability to create custom fields and objects. It also supports workflows for automation required for workflows and easy to set up integrations with other products like GMail, Salesforce etc. We are using Zoho One, the CRM can integrate with a host of other Zoho products, including email marketing automation, for one low fee.

    The documentation on how to use and set up the CRM and other Zoho products seems limited. I am not always able to find solutions quickly and easily using the included help database. We were required to do a steep learning curve to be able to maximize the usefulness of the platform. Response times to support tickets can also take some time.

    the setting it up is no rocket science. Installing and setting up the process is very straightforward. It is user-friendly, the system is not complicated it's perfect with a stat-up business that doesn't have much experience with automation plus there's a video tutorial for ways to customize its usage and functionalities. Very flexible as it allows you to work with all kinds of businesses.

    Negative

    The free and budget version has limited usage no free trial for all its user. If you want to take advantage of Zoho's full capacity you need to buy the full version. Long waiting time for customer care or technical support. It has a different price which is good for beginners but to get the maximum potential of Zoho you need to purchase the Ultimate package which is already the same price as the other popular automation.
