PositiveI like that Zoho can be found and used on google docs and I can edit files and make corrections. I also like that it can be used independently but I can sign in with my google account or LinkedIn.
NegativeWhat I didn't like was that its not very user friendly and sometimes I am unable to open documents if I log on from Google Docs.

PositiveThe Zoho team gave us good insights in their welcome/training session. My biggest concern was implementing it might be a difficult task but it turned out to be rather simple. Importing our leads into it was a breeze. We were able to set up our team and workflows very smoothly as well. There is also a lot of training material that is available on their help page.
NegativeNot a fan of their mobile app. On my phone it frequently closes or crashes for no reason. Also the support is not available over the weekend.
