This has been a go to platform for all things HR, from them applying, onboarding, clocking in on a daily basis, and benefit enrollments. They truly made it easy to have one platform manage all of those tasks.
PositiveTheir customer service is top notch. They are quick to respond whenever we need help. They've also been great at scheduling monthly meetings to assist with making our current processes more efficient.
NegativeThere are some features in Isolved that we've had free to us to use, but they weren't turned on for us to access. We'd love to take advantage of all of those features so that we are getting the most out of the platform.

Date: Mar 27 2025SummaryIt is fine for the time being. When we were brought onboard, it was contracted through a local business. Since then, they have been bought out, and the customer service has declined. I would like to see the interface drastically improved.
PositiveThe pricing model is good. They are very fairly priced for what they can offer to their client base.
NegativeThe interface is completely behind the times. You have big players in this industry who blow iSolved away with how much more intuitive they are. The iSolved interface, scheduling, importing, timecard portions are so outdated compared to other companies. They are behind the times, and it would help if they actually fixed and improved some things. The customer support is subpar. It is rare to ever get ahold of your account manager. The customer service teams around the manager are incompetent. Our garnishments are consistently put into our system wrong. Causing issues with numerous payrolls.

PositiveMakes payroll so much easier. Easy to get through the process and submit quickly. Love that they take care of the taxes for us (monthly and quarterly). Less stress on my part. Everyone was great to work with and very helpful. Isolved has made payroll a great experience.
NegativeIt is a little frustrating when I have an additional payroll for end of year and I can't just add the payroll in myself. All of the training courses I've done through the University shows you how to add one in yourself, but I have never had that access even though it says we do. Other than that it's been a great experience.

PositiveThis product is ever-changing for the better with the end-user in mind. Suggestions that are sent up actually put into effect! The system is easy on the eyes and user-friendly. It's comprehensive without being too complicated.
Negativeisolved has a lot of offerings which include products that have been acquired. With that, the look and feel is not as cohesive as I would like and sometimes the functionality could use some adaptation to what the core isolved offers.
