I was with iSolved, switched to ADP, and went right back to iSolved. I thought a big company like ADP would be what we needed and would have a super program, but they had horrible customer service when I needed it most. I like that I can email or call one person, or a team, and get my answers within a day.
The payroll process is rather simple, and it's great that the time cards link right in. There is no confusion or too many steps.

Good customer service, quick to respond.
Lots of reports for several data needs.
User friendly. Easy to understand payroll process.

Pricing based on the number of employees for every individual needed service.
Some reports are too detailed or do not come in Excel so that I can manipulate it for my needs.
AEE for the phone can have issues occasionally for the hourly employees when trying to punch in or out.

This product saves me so much time and effort! Which in turn saves money. I don't ever have to worry about any taxes being filed properly. They make everything streamlined.

This product is 1) Easy to use, 2) Affordable, 3) Great Customer Service, 4) Saves time and money! I really like it!

There are no cons that I can think of at the moment.

isolved always makes updates and listens to feedbacks from its users. It is user friendly and customizable to your clients.

Plenty of options to search menu, user friendly, and innovative! The site itself is very organized.

When using the employee search, you cannot press enter on your keyboard and have to be very specific with what you type - I would like to see updates on this page.

Overall I find isolved to be a great resource as a payroll and complete HRIS system. I enjoy exploring all the new features and tailoring the system to fit my organization's needs.

I like the ability to customize the features to fit our needs. There is no set package so that we can pick and choose the functions that work best for our team and master them before tackling the next feature.

Advanced support is always tricky. The customer service team is a great resource for troubleshooting but getting to someone for best practices can be timely.

This is a great product and I am so glad to be using it. The staff is terrific, friendly, and responsive. Thank you.

I love the new cloud platform, looks of good feedback from employees.

Report writer hard to understand to me. I wish there were better reports prewritten.

Easy to navigate. isolved university is a great tool to utilize to learn more about the programs abilities. Constant improvements on things you didn't think could be improved. Great customer support.

Sometimes the changes have some kinks that need to be ironed out.

Meh - the interface needs a lot of love and the fact that each of the individual isolved platforms have separate logins and are not integrated (payroll, HCM, People Heroes).

The pink color with the new branding is nice and it is slightly more streamlined and modernized which is nice.

The UI. The massive updates with NO heads up or "hey we're making changes and things are going to look like THIS from now on".

We are very happy with iSolved: the products they offer, the quick response, the ease of the online site, and the ability to run reports.

The customer service is great. They save our small business time and money by making payroll and benefits so easy to do. Additionally, it allows us to offer a 401k program to our employees despite our small size.

I would prefer a specific case manager to deal with every time. That being said we always get a quick response every time we reach out with a question or concern.

My overall experience with this product has been no less than fantastic! I can always rely on excellent care from the iSolved support team, at every angle of the company.

There is so much almost endless amount of things a company can do in iSolved, like i said it is almost overwhelming with the amount of things. But it is very easy to use.

Using isolved is easy, its not a very hard system to get the hang of. There is a lot to offer and there is so much a company can do.

I feel like there is so much in isolved it can seem overwhelming.

When you can meet all of your business needs in one place, that's a win.
Best feature would be to understand the functionality of the product and intended use. Once accomplished the sky is the limit.

Very comprehensive and does it all. Hire to retire platform that engages the entire workforce and business partners such as you health broker, your P&C broker, your Financial advisor and cobra management.

Just like your mobile device, many features that takes some time to get used to.

Overall, our experience has been great, there are just a few things we would change if we could but isolved is working on them!

The benefit feeds, the payroll processing and the reporting features always run very smoothly. I enjoy using the custom reports feature as well and have incorporated it into many of our processes.

The PTO is harder for us to edit since it is so closely tied in with payroll.

We are very pleased with isolved, it is a great help in helping us be more efficient and compliant with our HR department.

We invested in isolved almost 5 years ago. We are as excited today as we were the day we made the decision to purchase this platform. (maybe more)
They have EXCELLENT customer service -very quick to help resolve any questions that may come up. Their reports are top notch, our General Manager was previously a software developer and he is so impressed with the capabilities of isolved report writer. They also have a huge library of standard reports. Payroll takes us at least half as much time as before we were using isolved and with fewer errors. I highly recommend this product.

So far the only con I have is on with the Offboarding add on. It is most likely because I have not used it as much, and do not fully understand it.

Overall, we absolutely love it. It has been a challenge getting it perfect to our needs but we have had a wonderful team by our side and have been able to mold it into exactly what we need.

The ease of going through it. The customer service and support we receive from our reps. Being able to have everything we need all on the site.

Which we could edit or change some things that were programmed instead of always having to reach out to core support.

The rep Michael was great helping me during the conversion process. Normally switching payroll companies mid-year is difficult but the transition team was great.

Support is great. Pricing is very good. User friendly. The staff seems to like the portal. They use without help from me. I appreciate not having to constantly tell them what their PTO balances are.

Some functionality can only be done by support ticket.

I have been using isolved for almost two years now. When I first got this position I was completely unfamiliar with the program and a little nervous about learning a whole new system. This system has so many features that make using it easer, like the ability to search for a screen rather than needing to know the path. I was able to pick up the program very quickly and felt at home in it almost immediately.

The product not only has a lot of features but also a lot of support to back up those features. Many items are available as articles, quick help videos and training classes so no matter what your learning style is you are going to be able to find something to help you understand.

ESS and AEE coexisting is somewhat of a nuisance. I work mostly with benefits and while open enrollment is available in both life events are not so having to have employees switch between the two can be confusing for clients.

isolved has been helpful as I am an HR department of one person. Whenever I have had a question or issue they have been right there to assist.

We are happy with the overall service level provided by iSolved helping us with all payroll needs for different states.

We like the ease of working with iSolved - they handle all our payroll needs very efficiently and lets us focus on other activities.

Sometimes - we need to follow up to get reports and other things.

This product is amazing. The associates are extremely helpful and response. The system is user friendly.

Able to use the system for everything from finding candidates to on boarding, time keeping, insurance, ACA.

Unable to edit email addresses in on boarding stage. Have to delete entire employee and start over.

My overall experience with I-solved is good. Customer service is usually on point but has its moments.

I like the ease of use for administrators and employees in all modules is one of the biggest factors in using the system.

1. The articles in the library could be a little more instructional.
2. There is nowhere to request an enhancement for any module.
3. Time off reporting is based on a payroll year and cannot be changed to use calendar dates.
4. Sometimes I feel as though I do not have control over certain functionalities e.g. reports, user permissions, etc.
5. Expense management could be more user friendly.
