Overall, we find that this platform is the best available amongst all the other platforms that do similar things right now (we've reviewed all of them). Cvent is the best in the biz!

We use MRFs, process forms, and notifications and triggers that help us hold all of our event information within this platform which is super convenient!

They are focused on how "pretty" the overall platform looks sometimes, rather than trying to enhance actual features and functionality of the platform.

Some features could be developed further, such as the badge designer, however Cvent is very open to feedback and features are constantly being updated.

Once you fully learn the product, it is easy to set up professional looking registration sites. Your brand is able to go across the registration site and apps.

Cvent Event Management is easy to set up and make professional event registration websites. The mobile app has lots of new functionality and allows us to send notifications to our attendees throughout the event.

It takes some time to learn all of the features in the software.

I will continue to utilize Cvent as long as possible. It definitely is the best option and has saved us from using spreadsheets or forms to collect attendance information.

If you need a way to capture names but still brand the experience for your attendees, Cvent Event Management is perfect to meet this need. It also integrates with common CRM software including Salesforce.

The interface is not as intuitive as one might think or want. It takes quite a bit of time to become familiar and comfortable with the features and their locations.

Occasionally there are fields missing that would be helpful filters, or rules cancel each other out.

Overall, I would highly recommend. They are continually improving their platform and rolling out new exciting updates.

Cvent provides an all-inclusive platform for creating and managing events. They have excellent customer service and have been able to solve for almost all of our organizations’ problems.

CVENT does come at a high cost — it’s been worth it, but I wish it was more affordable for all to use.

Great way to capture registrations for my event. We utilize the attendee hub as well for registrants to get the agenda on their mobile device at the event and to rewatch sessions on demand after the event.

Some of the email and list functionalities are restrictive. I sometimes need to send an email to someone who is not the "intended recipient" i.e. an admin from a sponsor or an internal member of my team. Cvent makes it hard to do this as it only shows potential recipients as those who are on the invite list.

Picking up the phone or creating a case is an ease.

Using Cvent for 10+ years, I see how dedicated they are to improving by adopting the most current technologies and increasing their offerings to become a 1 stop shop. From where they began, to where they are now is really impressive and I imagine they will continue down that path.

Cvent is the most complete event management solution in the marketplace. From sourcing, to registration, automated emails, event sites, data capture, app, check-in, polling and surveys, marketing automation integration, it does it all.

Marketo integration could use more flexibility for the out of the box solution.

Cvent is an incredible product. It has allowed our organization to promote events, collect registration and payment information, communicate directly with attendees, and provides a platform to host in-person, hybrid, or virtual events. In addition, the reporting feature is outstanding. I have always had excellent experiences with the sales team and with tech support. Are attendees love the Cvent experience and we have received countless positive comments. I highly recommend Cvent.

There is a bit of a learning curve and training period that is somewhat extensive. We found that the employee's that may only need to use it on a very occasional basis, struggled with learning.

Overall the platform is amazing with tons of great features. I would certainly recommend it to others.

I like the nice event pages and how the platform can be a total event solution for any business or brand.

It is hard to navigate at times. It is not very user-friendly if you are not used to it.
