It has worked very well for my company and we plan to continue using it. I hope that full QuickBooks Online integration is in the future to save a step each week when entering payroll, but otherwise we are happy.

Quick, Easy to Use, QB Export ALWAYS works as it should. Setting up employees and PTO schedules is easy and we like the chat options so employees can communicate with admins and each other.

I don't like that it won't break down holiday time, overtime, etc when sending to QB but I understand that is a QB API issue, not OTC.

I find this product to be easy to use and my manager and other employee agree. We are a 3-person company and had a basic need to get away from handwritten paper timesheets and OnTheClock fit the bill. The product was seamless to set up to fit our company needs. It makes my job as a payroll admin much easier.

-Great customer support, you get a real person!
-So many features, they do most everything I could ever need.
-Because we only have a few employees our pricing is free, which is a huge bonus! And even when we hire now, it's very reasonable.

-Although it integrates with QuickBooks Online, it does not keep OT hours classified that way, they get pulled over as all REG hours. For this reason, I do not use the integration import, I just enter the hours manually, which works fine for just a few employees.
-Managers do not receive email notifications when PTO is requested, only administrators. I've had to set up my manager as an admin as well for this purpose, which does not make logical sense.

It is very cost effective and the ease of running reports and adding punches are very important to me as the Admin of the time clock program.

This online time clock program is a great program. I highly recommend it. The functionality is very easy to use and very easy to get reports from.

I really can't think of anything right that I don't care for. It seems to work perfectly for our little company.

Overall experience looks well... of course we find points to improvement but works fine overall. I'm sure all this points can be improved.

Drain a lot of battery of users when tracking gps.
need some more customization options, some companies may need different "work weeks" depending on session or kind of employees work.

I am pretty satisfied with this program so far. It been very very very very very very very useful to me.

I like that I can track the workers hours more accurately. And that I can set a location so that they can only clock in when they arrive.

I do no have any issues that I can think of at this moment.

Great choice for small and large businesses. Price is wonderful. reports are great. Customer service can't be beat.

This software is easy to use, has customizable reporting, the ability to export, and customizable options that beat the other systems I've used by far. The price simply cannot be beat as well!

Setup can take some time- but this is typical and should be expected of any product that is customizable.

We switched from QB time, and have been very happy. We have moved several clients, and will be adding more going forward. Customer support is excellent!

Employees sometimes do not click the okay after punching in or out so the punch doesn't complete.

Great. The support team is very helpful and prompt. While setting up we had many questions and they were very friendly despite having to bother them so many times.

Great for a company with standard business hours, which is something we struggled with when looking at a lot of other apps because they were mainly geared towards cafes or places that have their employees come in on shifts.
Can bulk add holiday.
Can do salary employees.

No easy sage integration we would have to contact our sage representative to get things set up/see about having it integrated.

The overall experience is very good. such ease of use. My administrator loves it too. My co workers also agree. This is a great product.

This time clock is so easy to use. If you need to review past time it's already there. If you need to make changes its also very easy to do.

I don't have any cons. I truly think this is a great product.

Ease of use, ease of adding, modifying time. The employees love being able to clock in from their phone wherever they are in the building and they love to be able to have their lunch automatically deducted so that they don't have to punch in and out.

It has made tracking time so much easier for our organization. I would recommend it to any size company!

The only thing that I may change is if you are adding a punch, and you have all employees open, it lets you add the punch, but it puts you back to the top of the screen (or first employee) instead of taking you back to where you were before you entered the new punch.

I am VERY happy in choosing OnTheClock for my time keeping needs for my company. I looked at several other software options, including ADP's time and attendance software, and I found myself always comparing the other companies to OnTheClock's features, capabilities, and pricing. Once I realized that I was using OnTheClock as my benchmark, it was obvious who I should choose. Customer service is an inevitable need when migrating to a new software program. I have been over-the-moon impressed with the ease in having a friendly human to answer my call and is eager to assist with a solution. I really like how simple this software is to use for regular day to day tasks. It saves me a lot of time when I do our weekly payroll and it is so convenient that I can now do payroll remotely. So if I was able to go back in time and make any changes to my time keeping software choice, I wouldn't change a thing! I would've only done so sooner.

11. PTO requests are easy to manage. The PTO calendar is an excellent tool to be able to see employees with vacation days off.

This isn't totally a con, but I wish the following feature change was available:
GeoFence feature for punching in and out could be set with a time schedule for the the geofence to apply. For Example, my employees report to the office at the beginning and end of the day. This is where the clock in and out should take place. However, we run a service business and with 18 routes and these team members clock out for lunch from their service route. It would be nice if the GeoFence warning emails were not sent during the lunch time hours, as we expect them to be outside of the geofence when going to lunch.

Using this program has cut down on employee theft of hours. It's also much cheaper than buying a punch clock and time cards. The back office end is easy to adjust times if needed and helps with payroll.

Program was easy to install and teach to all employees. I like that we have the option to have everyone sign in from their individual computer and lock out signing in from their phones. Using this program is much cheaper than buying a time clock and punch cards.

So far we haven't had issues with the program. One thing that came up is re-using the email address for an employee that left.

A nice simple to use application that I recommend to all SME's. I use it every day and I improve daily. The possibilities are many.

I was looking for a simple and economical solution to track my teams' hours, planned and unplanned absences, illnesses, overtime tracking, delays.
After several searches on the net, I finally discovered OnTheClock and I am happy with it for the simplicity and the wealth of possible options.

The absence of other languages ( French for example )
A reduction in the price of the subscription beyond 10 users for example.

I personally encountered a major difficulty in the use of the schedule (not fixed) but I was not abandoned to my fate because I was able to be accompanied by the many online supports. My problem has since been solved and I had to set the location, language and clock of my computer to the USA.

Great! We have been using this program over 4 years and it make tracking payroll so much easier than the old time clock!

Ease of use. Employees can clock in from a remote work site. Employees can track their time card and request PTO.

Overall I think it's great, I could use a tutorial though to learn the in's and out's in a little more detail.

The app offers everything we need for time tracking for our small team. And the price is affordable, especially for all the features offered.

The app design / user interface is not as simple or intuitive as I'd like. It is reliable and does everything we need, but it feels more complicated than needed for simply clocking in and out.

No major drawbacks, only that I hope it’s new features include a way to upload PTO allowances for employees all at once instead of individually.

What a blessing for our small business. So easy to use and anytime I have had a question, they resounded very quickly.

So easy to punch in and out. Easy to adjust time, the map is always accurate and is helpful to ensure honesty. Being able to go back to previous weeks is also helpful.

I haven't come across anything that I do not like.
