It does so much, I feel like sometimes I am missing something. Some feature or functionality I could use but I am not aware of.

It is best to have a customer success person working with you to help you maximize the use of the system.

Sometimes there's too many feature options and its hard to know what to use when because there are just too many to choose from.

Overall, I enjoy this platform. It has made my intro into working in events a breeze! Our company used to have to handwrite and print attendee badges, and it was hard to alert our attendees of news and updates. This definitely makes the process smoother.

I enjoy how user friendly Cvent is and how I can create and manage multiple events easily. From the backend API systems communicating to using the app, this all encompassing platform has been a savior to our events team.

For online events, the speaker platform can be a bit wonky. Our speakers have trouble seeing us and certain content while they are presenting, which can make it difficult to communicate and signal certain cues when needed.

I have used the Cvent Event Management product for over 5 years that I love it. I think it is a great option to hold all of your event information.

I love that they continue to improve the product and they listen to the customers to see what they want/need.

The price is a little high and it does take some time to learn

- Registration is robust and great for complex events with many types of sessions, registration types, hotel and travel, special requirements and free text fields

- it isn't always the most intuitive and it can be hard to find the answer to a question
- FAQ's, support and search function does not answer specifics
- Our own team of users seem to know more than the Cvent support team a lot of the time
- The system lacks flags for items that are necessary for event builds

I think Cvent is suitable for my company's needs. However, I would like to see more advancements in the design aspect.

I don't like that there's a lot of limitations in terms of design flexibility with the website, registration, and emails.

Needs some updates to the invoice builder. Sometimes, the program shuts down while you are working. I wish the Web Designer would be set to automatically save. I have lost a good deal of work at times.
