PositiveHubSpot CRM is an excellent, free CRM product that I use every day to manage my web design & graphic design leads. My favorite part of HubSpot CRM is that you can BCC a tracking code when sending emails, then the email activity (opens, clicks) of the recipient is logged to the contact record and you always have a running record of email activity. HubSpot CRM also has a tasks feature that is good for assigning tasks to different people on your team and will auto-send reminders on specified dates & times.
NegativeOnce you go past the free version, HubSpot CRM can get expensive fast. Luckily, HubSpot CRM gives you a lot in the free version, so I have not yet had to upgrade.

PositiveOne major pro that I have come to find out is that it has allowed me to grow my business with little work. They have different hubs that meet all my needs.
NegativeI was a little hesitant at first, but loved the free trial allowing me to test it first. Without this feature I am not sure I would have been interested. Much to my surprise, the trial is what sold me on HubSpot.
