My favorite part of HubSpot CRM is that you can BCC a tracking code when sending emails, then the email activity (opens, clicks) of the recipient is logged to the contact record and you always have a running record of email activity. HubSpot CRM also has a tasks feature that is good for assigning tasks to different people on your team and will auto-send reminders on specified dates & times.

    Once you go past the free version, HubSpot CRM can get expensive fast. Luckily, HubSpot CRM gives you a lot in the free version, so I have not yet had to upgrade.
