    The interface is mostly intuitive.
    There's a freemium model, giving users enough time to figure out if the solution works for the business over time. It's a grow-as-you-go solution, very fair.

    I don't like that there isn't a "add / new" button that is universal.
    For example, I have to go to Deals or Contacts or Companies, etc. first before I can choose the "add new" function. If I want to create multiple deals for different companies, I need to jump back-and-forth in the navigation a lot to do this. A simple "add new" with a drop-down would help.

    Hubspot has its own CRM, and at the same time it can be integrated with external CRMs, so working with customers and synchronizing their data in the cloud for use from other services is entirely possible. Hubspot is an excellent software for managing market segmentation processes, and for working with analytics tools in case you need to monitor sales results within certain market areas. We highly recommend working with Hubspot to create a better market segmentation scenario, and to have more extensive analysis. There is a lot of functionality within Hubspot that makes the platform free of integrations not only when managing processes that involve landing page management, but also those marketing processes that require a certain level of automation, such as automated mailings.

    Hubspot's platform does not offer good integrations to social media services, so monitoring of publications may take longer than usual, or not show updated results.     Summary

    Not a great software for sales teams. For online marketing, it has what you need. Just be prepared to pay a high price for the features you'll need.

    Easily collects prospect's information on the web. Connects to email, websites, and others. Other unique features and tools that other software don't offer.

    Negative

    Most of the features you want are in the paid version. Unless you're a big company their pricing is cost-prohibitive.

    HubSpot is the best marketing automation tool on the market

    We were able to get the analytics and data into one blog which is really new in our market as we had to manage each blog individually and it made our work a bit tiring. We can achieve a clean way to create important content thanks to the tools that this software has provided us since we started using it, this is one of our favorite features points. We have included the best proposal of work thanks to HubSpot, due to the high ease of use and high performance that it gives us. The technical support is amazing and fast. We have come to integrate this tool with many options and we are delighted to have HubSpot in our portfolio.

    The customer service on this platform is incredibly fast, whenever we have a problem the team is on top of it so they can fix it. It has many excellent options for working with calls to action, which you have made available to us several split tests on how we set them up. The webinars that HubSpot provides us with for learning are amazing.

    Negative

    Despite being a very complete tool it lacks an eCommerce platform that can integrate with these digital marketing tools. In knowledge base there is too much information which can be useful, but sometimes it is not specific enough for the job. something simple like bullets or indentations are little configurable when editing some kind of internal blog.

    Great for start-ups

    Summary

    Overall my experience has been great. From the folks, we worked with to get on the start-up plan to the application itself we have had a great experience as a start-up.

    Positive

    Hubspot offers a ton of API integration, a robust product offering, and the price is very reasonable. I enjoy the email client, scheduling, marketing, and the traditional funnel. One of my favorite applications and I work out of it daily.

    Negative

    I haven't found much I do not like with Hubspot. They're industry agnostic, a dev first company, and I think they are looking to help the start-up ecosystem.
