For example, I have to go to Deals or Contacts or Companies, etc. first before I can choose the "add new" function. If I want to create multiple deals for different companies, I need to jump back-and-forth in the navigation a lot to do this. A simple "add new" with a drop-down would help. -

We highly recommend working with Hubspot to create a better market segmentation scenario, and to have more extensive analysis. There is a lot of functionality within Hubspot that makes the platform free of integrations not only when managing processes that involve landing page management, but also those marketing processes that require a certain level of automation, such as automated mailings.
NegativeHubspot's platform does not offer good integrations to social media services, so monitoring of publications may take longer than usual, or not show updated results. In terms of content replenishment, Hubspot does not offer enough alternatives when creating new content based on outdated content.

In knowledge base there is too much information which can be useful, but sometimes it is not specific enough for the job. something simple like bullets or indentations are little configurable when editing some kind of internal blog.

PositiveHubspot offers a ton of API integration, a robust product offering, and the price is very reasonable. I enjoy the email client, scheduling, marketing, and the traditional funnel. One of my favorite applications and I work out of it daily.
NegativeI haven't found much I do not like with Hubspot. They're industry agnostic, a dev first company, and I think they are looking to help the start-up ecosystem.
