    All in all, this is a great CRM software especially if you are a new small business because you can start out with the FREE package that they offer with the ability to add unlimited users and you're just limited by some of the features. We have implemented this is in our organization for about the past year and are still using the free version and it has been working great!

    Hubspot offers a free lifetime no strings attached CRM software which will allow you to do *MOST* of what you would want to do for staying in touch with customers and they do a great job at that, if you want more features then you'd have to upgrade.
