We have implemented this is in our organization for about the past year and are still using the free version and it has been working great!
PositiveHubspot offers a free lifetime no strings attached CRM software which will allow you to do *MOST* of what you would want to do for staying in touch with customers and they do a great job at that, if you want more features then you'd have to upgrade.
NegativeThe software itself works fantastic, I really have no complaints about the software itself it works consistently well, while they do offer a free version, I wish that they would allow a free trial of some of the premium packages and have more upfront information on pricing.
