    We use HubSpot to keep track of the tour request leads that come through our schools' websites, those leads are then tracked throughout their admissions and enrollment process, right up until they are enrolled in our Learning Management System. HubSpot makes it so seamless and easy. After the initial set-up of templates and automations, it does all the work for us.

    Super easy integrations with nearly any platform (for us in education, connection to Learning Management Systems and parent communication systems). Customer service is awesome, we call all the time with questions and get personal attention.

    It can be a bit beastly at first - we spent lots of time on the phone with customer service to get set up. Some things are not located in as straight-forward of locations as you would expect.

    All in all, HubSpot is a great CRM, that in my view is more suited to growing enterprises. The firm should look to improve its integrations possibility and look to develop more features to its CRM to add more value to users.

    HubSpot was amazing on several fronts:
    - Was useful in sorting accounts based on customizable traits (geographic location, - easier to handle when sorting the data
    - Direct excel downloading report
    - Great value for money (relatively low price in comparison to other CRM's)

    Negative

    The main con with HubSpot was that it was difficult to integrate other platforms - for example ZoomInfo details couldn't be synchronised with HubSpot which limits its accessibility to integrating additional information on new accounts.

    We're baked in and it would be hard to imagine work without HubSpot now, we use all of the services to manage our SaaS Users but we still had to do a bit of custom work to get our backend to migrate.

    We love it though but see a value in upgrading some tools to be more specialized.

    I am pleased with the services this has to offer. I love things that are user friendly and easy to use!

    I like how simple this interface is to use across the board.I like how this works and also getting the customer support they had to offer while using the system.

    Negative

    This system did not have a user to user setup process. I feel that this would've answered a lot of questions I had about it for the startup process. I believe that if they had someone help set everything up with a screen share would've taken a lot of stress away.
