PositiveThe CRM software connects directly to Marketing and Sales and since its free, you can't beat the price tag! HubSpot also lets you view your Entire pipeline! Wow huh? And the mack daddy of them all? HubSpot keeps logs of each connection to your contacts or "prospects" which allows you to see what fits or needs a little revamping.
NegativeIf you used another software prior to using HubSpot, it can be difficult to track those records or integrate them into the system software. It's a newer program so growing pains are still very much present. There isn't as much customization or wiggle room as I've seen with other CRMs.

HubSpot makes it so seamless and easy. After the initial set-up of templates and automations, it does all the work for us.
PositiveSuper easy integrations with nearly any platform (for us in education, connection to Learning Management Systems and parent communication systems). Customer service is awesome, we call all the time with questions and get personal attention.
NegativeIt can be a bit beastly at first - we spent lots of time on the phone with customer service to get set up. Some things are not located in as straight-forward of locations as you would expect.

- Great value for money (relatively low price in comparison to other CRM's)NegativeThe main con with HubSpot was that it was difficult to integrate other platforms - for example ZoomInfo details couldn't be synchronised with HubSpot which limits its accessibility to integrating additional information on new accounts.
