I really like how easy the process was to get our first and second events created, connected and published online. When I had a question, the team was there to answer and walk me through the process. The tracking tools are a great advantage and everything that comes with PromoTix really is a complete package to help us promote, sell, and stream our events.

I am still working through understanding the pricing but the quality of service and support as well as all of the options to help tracking and boosting in advertising may prove worth the cost.

I will definitely use PromoTix again and would highly recommend. They offer better pricing and no direct competition.

This was my first time creating a ticketed fitness event. It could not have been easier! The site walked me through the set up and marketing tools. In my search for a tool to promote my event, I liked that they don't directly advertise competing events directly to my customers.

I have yet to experience anything negative. I had a little difficulty getting back to the marketing section after the initial setup, but not a big deal.

Good app I like the ease of use and it also has a nice UI. The price split is better than event bright so if that’s something you don’t like then this is for you.

App and website make setting up a link for events and managing it easier than ever, also profit splits are good.

App sometimes slow, but simple fix with a small update.

PromoTix has a bunch of marketing features and tools to get your attendees to sell tickets for you, as well as a network of Ambassadors who will help you market your event. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Sebastian is our rep and he is incredible. Available anytime we need him. I can't tell you what a relief it has been working with this team. They have thrown their own events prior to starting this company, so they know what they are doing in the industry and how hard it is for event creators. The PromoTix team is an extension of our team and has really helped in our success!

We saved $42,000 in ticketing fees compared to Eventbrite for our 5,000 person festival last year. Incredible. I wish we we would have used PromoTix ticketing product sooner. For the last three years, we have used their Ambassador Program management solution (before we used ticketing), which has driven an extra $480,000 in sales so far for our events. I also really love the Spotify module. We can see who our attendees are following and listening to, which has really helped with our lineup decisions.

PromoTix didn't have add ons / merchandise integration last year to sell alongside tickets, but I hear that it will be available for our event next year. Also, staff permissions/accounts are limited in functionality at the moment, but our rep also says that is getting a big upgrade this quarter as well to add more staff permissions functionality. Other than that, no complaints.

I was looking to run a once-off private event and was struggling to figure and find the best and most efficient way to sell and distribute online tickets.
This was until I stumbled across PromoTIx. It is so easy to set up and use, covering and handling all the stressful parts of ticketing in which I was worried about.
Overall I would highly recommend it!

My experience was easy. It was my first time using it and I found it easy to use and affordable. I liked the fact that it did not take a whole lot to get set up and there was support.

This was easy to put on a Facebook events page. This was free to open and start. It is easy to use.

The back end fees were the only con but even those were not really that high.

I am loving this platform. It is easy to use, I’ve just started so I’m keen to learn more about it to integrate into my costs and future events.

I like how easy it was to set up an event. The back up service was good and payment integration was a breeze.

PromoTix is something I would use again for my next event without a doubt. It is so easy and useful.

It’s easy/ manageable. PromoTix doesn’t charge a huge percentage for using them and allows you to see your total net sales//gross sales.

The money takes about a week or more to transfer into your bank account from the sales.

Everything has gone well from setting up the event, to selling tickets and even the customer service. I love how you're able to go step by step with ease and preview how the page will look before it's published.

Very easy to use when it comes to putting together an event and loved the features they offer when it comes to organizing everything. They walk you step by step to put your event together.

Honestly, I can say that I haven't found anything wrong with PromoTix since I started using them.

Will gladly use PromoTix in the future and have recommended the service to friends. It should take less than 10 minutes to setup the next event.

Customer Support is responsive and knowledgable. Very close to a plug-n-play setup. Most of what is needed to sell tickets is ready to wire up and go.

No option for allowing customers to decide if they want to pay the per ticket fee. A little difficulty initially setting up Stripe but Customer Support was ready to help. The service is geared towards music events and our event was a dinner fundraiser for a charity.

Very happy so far, it will come in handy and solve a problem that we were having. i look forward to exploring deeper

Does what i need, with a user firendly interface. Havent explored all features yet but so far, for my needs, it meets them.

Couldnt find a bulk import to issue tickets to a pre-determined list, but i have not fully explored the functions yet

100% recommend! For small business owners its often hard to find a system that has everything you need. And the ease to set up, share and make money using this system was everything. Thank you!

I'm in love with PromoTix! So glad I found it. We used to use Eventbrite and had some successful ticket sales, and it means... yes, we ended up paying so much $$$ to Eventbrite!! Which made us really disappointed. When the sales was small, we didn't noticed, but once we started to sell more, then it became so obvious that so much money was gone to Eventbrite. That's why I was in charge of finding the better solution, and I found PromoTix! Found other ticket sales platforms too but none can come close to PromoTix's deal, so it was easy for me to convince partners to switch to PromoTix!!

My church used PromoTix for an event and I saw how easy it was and decided to use it for myself. The entire process was so simple. I was able to complete the process with absolutely no assistance.

I didn’t like that they only used Stripe for payment.

The representatives were thorough and took their time when explaining the process to me.

Only one currency per account. As an American living abroad, I produces concerts in more than one area, so more currency options for tickets buyers would be nice.
