I would not recommend this platform or organisation to anyone. The platform is not very user friendly and there are sneaky charges that create monthly subscription

They are very good at taking your money

Hard to use and also added you sneakily to an automatic monthly membership despite only what a single use. No information in sign up email but down the bottom of a receipt.

Stay away from these scammers!!!

Nothing, absolutely nothing. This is a total scam. If you used their service once (I had to edit a single PDF for 1€), they will charge you 50€ monthly using your PayPal or your credit card details, as if you were "subscribed", which I was not.

The service isn’t perfect but it worked smoothly and did exactly what I needed. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with it

I like they do it quickly, with no hidden manipulations or additional charges. seems legit, cause my bank doesn't allow some shaky services to charge me.

it should be smoother in usage. shouldn't cost that much.

I cancelled on the app the repeat payment but did not know that unless i physically go into paypal it won't be accepted, so they took 49.99 GBP from me and refused to refund. I hope they won't con others into these stupid scams

PDF Guru offered a 7 day trial which i took with the caveat that i would cancel if I would not use it any more. WITHOUT any notice they just rolled me into a year sub and took money through paypal without any notification.

Awesome! I need to scan docs all the time for work and our company got this for the team. Does what we need, no issues so far

I like how it looks & works. easy, contains all the features I need, also good plan if you buy it for the whole team.

sometimes experienced connection issues, but idk whether it was on their or my end.

Subscription is not the cheapest, but at least I don’t feel tricked. Everything I tried worked without hidden paywalls

easy to use, even a kid can use it lol. the tools they provide, like pdf editor & signer are also good, I use em the most.

They stole over 250 US from my account by signing me up to a subscription I never agreed to, even though I used PayPal they refused to refund.

PDF Guru are Guru’s of taking monthly subscriptions from your account when you make a one off purchase. They are an unscrupulous company. There are many other services. DON’T USE this one.

Nothing! They scam you with a free trial, then charge your credit card. Their customer service is a joke.

Unauthorized credit card charges. We I contacted their customer service they stated I did not have an account with them. IF SO WHY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!

By the time you realize it, it’s too late. PayPal won't issue a refund because the transaction appears legitimate, and since PayPal doesn’t refund, the company won’t either. Be cautious and avoid paying these people anything—it’s a scam!

This company offers a service for $0.99, but in the user agreement, they sign you up for a $49/month subscription without making it clear.

Not happy that I have been signed to an annual subscription. No positives that I can speak of with this company.

No pros for me - used them once and didn’t want to use the service again. Now I’ve been charged for an annual subscription.

I was signed up for a subscription instead of a 1 week trial. What a dodgy company so I have lodged a complaint with my bank to cancel the transaction and my card. What a stuff around. Don’t touch this company!

Scammers and don’t have any interest in building a business just stealing money. I am trying to think of anything positive to say but when you have had money taken without permission and no way of getting back due to technicalities - scam and should be banned.

This website is a scam! They say you can sign up for a one time use account for seven days for $1.99, then they charge you without notice a week later that you'll be charged $49.99 for a one year subscription a week later! I disputed the transaction with my payment processor & they wouldn't give me a refund, claiming the company did nothing wrong! I emailed the company and they won't issue a refund either. I read reviews too late that they scam people this way all the time and that people who've used their credit cards with this company's website suddenly have unauthorized charges appear on their accounts! Do not use their service! Very dishonest and definitely not customer service friendly

This is a scam company. I subscribed for a 7 days plan which I paid and then they billed me 50 USD after 7 days just because I didn’t cancel my subscription. If I subscribed to a 7 days they should renew it 7 days too but they didn’t.

I’m a pensioner and not great with computers, but this site was easy for me. Uploaded my file, typed in what I needed, and saved it. Thank you all!

I was in a bus and got a notification that I need to send a signed document for work. Did it on this platform in my browser and that's it. Took less than five minutes, and I sent it in time.

2. no need to contact the service itself, unless you faced any issues (I didn't)

well probably I'd like this to be even faster as it is.

I want a say this is a company that steals your money very easy. I need to convert a pdf urgently, I found this and it was less than $1 to convert. So I purchased this but what you dont know is that you are buying a subscription that they charge a week or so later $49.99 and once you request the refund they say is non returnable. They make thousands of dollars every day by charging customers something they dont even know they have.

They respond the emails, and they have a nice way to say NO! I dont have more pros for them.........

They dont care about you! They care about making free money by NOT OFFERING anything without providing a refund

They are totally shameless. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS
