Nothing! They scam you with a free trial, then charge your credit card. Their customer service is a joke.

Unauthorized credit card charges. We I contacted their customer service they stated I did not have an account with them. IF SO WHY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!

By the time you realize it, it’s too late. PayPal won't issue a refund because the transaction appears legitimate, and since PayPal doesn’t refund, the company won’t either. Be cautious and avoid paying these people anything—it’s a scam!

This company offers a service for $0.99, but in the user agreement, they sign you up for a $49/month subscription without making it clear.

I was signed up for a subscription instead of a 1 week trial. What a dodgy company so I have lodged a complaint with my bank to cancel the transaction and my card. What a stuff around. Don’t touch this company!

Scammers and don’t have any interest in building a business just stealing money. I am trying to think of anything positive to say but when you have had money taken without permission and no way of getting back due to technicalities - scam and should be banned.

This website is a scam! They say you can sign up for a one time use account for seven days for $1.99, then they charge you without notice a week later that you'll be charged $49.99 for a one year subscription a week later! I disputed the transaction with my payment processor & they wouldn't give me a refund, claiming the company did nothing wrong! I emailed the company and they won't issue a refund either. I read reviews too late that they scam people this way all the time and that people who've used their credit cards with this company's website suddenly have unauthorized charges appear on their accounts! Do not use their service! Very dishonest and definitely not customer service friendly

This is a scam company. I subscribed for a 7 days plan which I paid and then they billed me 50 USD after 7 days just because I didn’t cancel my subscription. If I subscribed to a 7 days they should renew it 7 days too but they didn’t.

I’m a pensioner and not great with computers, but this site was easy for me. Uploaded my file, typed in what I needed, and saved it. Thank you all!

I was in a bus and got a notification that I need to send a signed document for work. Did it on this platform in my browser and that's it. Took less than five minutes, and I sent it in time.

I want a say this is a company that steals your money very easy. I need to convert a pdf urgently, I found this and it was less than $1 to convert. So I purchased this but what you dont know is that you are buying a subscription that they charge a week or so later $49.99 and once you request the refund they say is non returnable. They make thousands of dollars every day by charging customers something they dont even know they have.

They respond the emails, and they have a nice way to say NO! I dont have more pros for them.........

They dont care about you! They care about making free money by NOT OFFERING anything without providing a refund

The address in Cyprus says it all.
No agreement has been reached yet. I have asked these crooks to immediately provide me with proof of contract conclusion, proof of payment, and the results of the technical inspection according to Section 67 of the Telecommunications Act.
They can't do that. Because they're scammers.

Unfortunately, you really can't see that you're signing up for a subscription. It looks like it costs €0.99. I strongly warn against this company; you're just being ripped off.

Honestly, I just needed something quick to fix my scanns and didn’t want to download any stuff. I've got an ad of pdf guru, and in like two minutes my file was completed.

PDF Guru is a website where I have made a translation, i have paid for it and after, they made a subscription of 50 euros per month for which I haven't agreed. There was no message that I will make a subscription, after I have put my card details they have taken 50 euro. Why somebody would pay for separate a product that is included in a subscription and after making a subscription?
I have contacted them but they said I agreed and there is no way to make a refund. That is not true, there was not such a message that I will subscribe.

They made a subscription without my consent stealing from my account 50 euro .They would have continue each month like that . The customer service insisted I have made this subscription which is not true and refused to make give my money back. They take your card details , you pay for one thing, after they make this subscription which is a fraud.

Overall, a good product, all the functions of Adobe Acrobat PDF editor are implemented. Easy to use.

Not for free, as being marketed. Moreover, after a trial payment advertised as a one-time payment, I was immediately charged with 49,99 eur for "renewed subscription" which they conveniently withdrew without my approval from my PayPall account. Once contacted, they replied: "We understand this may be disappointing, but according to our Refund Policy, payments made through our website are non-refundable. Therefore, we are unable to process a refund, as this is consistent with the policies outlined in our Money-Back"

I’m so glad PDF Guru taught me how to read tiny fonts. I signed up for a 7-day trial advertised as $1.99 and was charged $49.99 after the trial ended.

There was no obvious place to cancel or remove my card. Company support asked for partial card digits (which I provided) — still waiting for a refund.

If you enjoy surprise charges and extra paperwork, this is the app for you.
